I love taking this as a capsule once a day! Research shows is good for brain health and it sure beats taking it from a bottle on a spoon! As a child my mom use to give it to us that way and it was hard to shallow! So this is great!

This is a great fish oil. It does not make you burp up the fishy taste like a lot of other fish oils. I have a gluten allergy and it’s is also gluten free which is awesome! I highly recommend this fish oil.

We got these as our normal brand wasn't in stock. These are just as great, easy to swallow and not a pain for a larger pill. We haven't noticed any difference in these and other name brand products.
