I do not eat seafood and I thought thought I would take instead to get the vitamins I need. I was really worried that I might burp up the taste of fish since a lot of people said it might happen. I am happy to say that it doesn’t!

I got these because of the no aftertaste and instead of taking 3 capsules, you only have to take 1. I definitely recommend this product for anyone who is trying to lose weight. I see a difference in my weight loss since using them.

The only thing I have to complain about is the size to the capsule. They are large and thus makes it difficult for me. On the plus side, they do not have a taste and they don't cause indigestion. I will keep subscription ingredients for these.

Really happy I don't have to take multiple pills to get the needed daily serving. With that said, the pills are a little bigger than others but still easy to get down without issue. No fishy burps or bad fishy smell!
