This is my first time using fish oil. I have to admit, I was nervous at first because when you hear fish oil, it sounds like it will be gross! It was actually just an easy pill to take and wasn't that bad after all. Has some great benefits, too.

I received the Omega 3 fish oil capsules and have been taking them for about 10 days. They are a gel capsule so fairly easy to swallow. No fishy aftertaste. Nice that they are strong enough to only need one a day

these gel caps for omega 3 and fish oil are working swimmingly :) the taste is not terrible and pretty clean, if taken on an empty stomach you might get a bit of the fish oil burp, but otherwise working great
