These have a great source of ingredients. I love that they are wild caught salmon. It is very clean no GMO's, gluten free, I don't really like fish so this is a easy way for me to get in my omega 3. It is easy to swallow and does have a bad flavor

I can't tell you the effectiveness yet since I haven't got my omega-3 labs checked. But I can say that this is the least fishy tasting fish oil I've had. I only tasted a tiny fish taste a couple times after consuming an entire bottle over 90 days.

I recently got Sports Research Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil Softgels and they work really well! I have been taking them for a while now and I can really tell an amazing difference! I definitely recommend them!

What I like about these omega-3 fish oil pills is that they are sourced from wild caught alaskin cod. Also the new improved pills are stronger. 1 pill equals 3 of the competitors!

I’ve been taking fish oil for a while now. I like this brand. They are easy to swallow and I don’t feel like there is a fishy smell or oil to the pills themselves. I don’t feel any adverse effects to them either. Definitely happy with them.
