This is the best fish oil I've ever used. It's a soft gel that's easy to take and digest, and there's no aftertaste. I also like that taking it on a daily basis does not cause burps. Natural ingredients are abundant in fish oil. Overall, it functions flawlessly, giving you the best feeling every time you use it.

This is the best omega 3 brand I have been taking it for a little while now and I have noticed the differerence, . No side effects whatsoever so far, no strange fish smell. I can say is that I’ve not been sick at all, or had even a slight cold since I've started taking this.

I have tried the Sports Research Omega-3 Fish Oil soft gels and have to say I am very pleased with this product. The soft gels are not too large and easy to swallow. And I do not taste them later in the day (which is really gross) like others I have tried.

Let me start by saying I am new to the fish oil supplement arena. With that being said, these do not leave any fishy after taste, which was a fear of mine. On the negative side, if you have trouble swallowing pills be warned, these are about 1" long and 3/8" in diameter. They are huge pills. With that being said, swallow them with some food and because they are soft gels they go down easily.

I was pleased to see that it is made from only one type fish—Alaskan pollock—as opposed to several different kinds of fish. I am pleased with the price for this fish oil—it is compatible with the price of other leading fish oils.

I took this vitamin for about a week. I did notice that I felt a bit more energetic while taking it. Usually I feel fatigue and this helped with that. However, at about day 4 and after, I started getting headaches in the evening. There was nothing different in my daily routine or with what I was eating. So, I stopped taking this vitamin for that reason and the headaches stopped. Overall, I would say this vitamin does provide energy, but being that it is triple strength, it may be too high of a potency for some people.

I really enjoy taking these fish oil pills. They have enough fish oil that you only need to take one per day - this ensures i’m getting the full amount i need each day because it’s hard to remember three times a day like most fish oil supplements. There is no fishy aftertaste or burps at all!
