I got this for my husband who was complaining that he had no energy by the afternoon. After just one day his energy level went way up! I decided I also wanted to try them. I couldn’t believe how much energy I had. I cleaned the entire house! The pills went down easy with a little water.

I have been trying to do better with my health and after doing some light research, I realized I was missing Omega 3s! There is no way I can consume enough fish (although I love it) to get what my body needs. I tried the Sports Research Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil and have decided I'm going to continue to use it as I've found out it helps fight depression and anxiety, two things I suffer from. The DHA in the Sports Research Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil also helps ensure I get enough DHA for my eyes. This one has 3 times the EPA and DHA! The Omega-3 fatty acid EPA is best at fighting depression. I'm amazed at how many health issues there are in which Omega-3s can be of help.

So this is my first time using a fish oil supplement. I do take a number of daily vitamins so after a week or so it is tough to say if I am noticing the benefits of it. My initial reaction is yes, that it is. I however feel like body overall is experiencing less inflammation than I had before using it. My triglycerides were slightly elevated so I'd also be curious where they'd be after taking this for a month. Overall I am happy with it and will continue to make it part of my daily regiment.

So I have been using this for a little while and I have taken it as directed on the bottle. I haven't had much difference in the benefits yet because I just started using it. After some more time I will update. The smell is not too strong so that was a plusher me, it does smell like fish as it should since it is derived from fish but you can take the smell. It doesn't leave any after taste either smell on your breath after taking it. The size of the soft gels is average like most other fish oil soft gels, so it is very easy to swallow with some water or any other drink.

If you've taken Fish Oil supplements, you may know what I mean about the taste. I did not experience a bad taste, in fact, no taste at all with the Omega-3! Yeah! Nor do they cause an upset stomach (make me burp). I'm supposed to be eating fish twice a week, but I don't always get it, so with the Omega-3 supplements I feel more assured that I'm taking better care of myself and getting the proper nutrients I need for my heart, joints, and brain function.

Got these to help lower cholestorol, help my muscle recovery from workouts, and since it’s good for my brain. These are very very good. Don’t have the fishy aftertaste that a lot of other brands have and is a great way to supplement a healthy diet. Overall, very satisfied

I've taken a lot of different brands offerings when it comes to fish oil over the years. The biggest thing I look for is not burping up that fish oil taste the rest of the day and tese sports research omega 3 fish oil pills do not have that side effect for me, so I'm happy with them.

These Omega 3 Fish Oil pills really help my body. They really help keep my cholesterol in check. I am a person who is really not a fish person. I love catching them but not a fan of eating them. This is the next best thing for me. Been taking them for a little bit but can't wait to see what these do long term. If you hate eating fish, give these a try. I have taken fish oils daily for almost 3 years now, primarily for the health benefits of omega 3. There are many choices in the market and I have tried quite a few brands. This is now becoming one of my top 2 favorites because of (1) the triglycerides form, (2) sourced from wild pollock and (3) high level of omega-3. Great value, highly recommend.

Fish oil is so good for you! I love it but not the fishy burps that come along with taking supplements. This brand however, does not cause those nasty after burps. I get the great dose without the side effects that are less than desirable. I only have to to ingest one of these and they are not as big as other ones I have tried! Very happy with these
