-Fast shipping. I ordered on Tuesday night, it was here Friday morning same week. -Packaged well. No complaints there. -Easy to assemble. Just had to screw on the bottom cover, faucet adapter, and water hose. All parts included. -Appearance. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is because it had a dent and wasn't what was pictured as advertised. -Functionality. I've washed four loads already. No leaks from the bottom. The large load is really medium-small if it were a bigger machine. It's quiet. Easy to program to your settings. Drain hose needs to be a little stronger. But that's not much of a negative issue. It drained well. The spin is out of this world. My clothes came out cleaned, fresh smelling, and just about dry. I hung my clothes to dry in my bedroom with a space heater. They dried faster than expected. For the 69 minute setting (large load) it spins for about 40 minutes. I really can't complain about that. -Savings. The price for this washer was 199.00. Great price. To add, I used about a fourth of cup if not less of HE powder detergent and a few tablespoons of liquid fabric softener. Use Gain or Tide. I love Gain so that's what was used. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER DETERGENT THAN WHAT'S INSTRUCTED. The HE detergent will preserve your washer and prevent suds. For your clothes, the detergent will get all of them cleaned. But the small amounts water it uses, smaller measurements are mandatory. For the four loads I washed took about 3/4 of scoop included with detergent. More bang for my buck. -Transporting. It has two small wheels in the back. Since the washer is lightweight for me, it's easy to tilt and roll. It has handles to grip. I'm ok with that. I still might buy a dolly. -Overall experience. Completely satisfied. I don't have to go to laundry mat or wash clothes by hand anymore. I've been shopping around for about a year or more before purchasing this machine. Very comfortable and happy about my decision to get this one here. Will recommend to some friends.

great washer. holds more cloths than I thought it would. don't understand the delay button. the spin cycle almost drys the cloths completely. cloths come out very clean. the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because you have to use HE powdered soap only and I have a whole pantry full of liquid soap.

works great, only within two washes one of the rods that holds the drum, popped out. had to open machine and secure better. ( put a wide metal washer on top of the rod so it won't pop out. and it hasn't). i don't like the normal+large wash setting because it's final spin cycle is at least 30 minutes of spinning. (quick wash is 4 min spin. most other settings is 8min spin, and separate spin only cycle is 25min)

This is a great compact washing machine if you are tight on space. It does come with instructions and can help you know how to work it. It comes with its own hot and cold hoses so you do NOT have to buy these separately. It also can with a faucet adapter as well. The water drainage is very long and can move the U-shaped piece from the hose to have it placed for a drainage pipeline or sink. There was no damages inside and outside of my washer. The delivery person was helpful in placing the big package in my kitchen. The picture provided on the website is true to its description.

I have a tiny apartment with no hookups. This thing works so perfectly! It hooks right up to the sink. Super easy. It's pretty quiet, too. The spin cycle isn't really loud at all. The only annoying sound is the beeping at the end of the cycle. No big deal. I wish the wheels were a little more usable. The thing may as well not even have wheels. I have to move it to and from the sink area and it's a bit of a beast. The hose that dumps into the sink has a tendency to "hop" out. I fixed that problem by zip tying it to the water intake hose. Problem solved. Quite frankly, the thing could tell mean jokes about my mother and I would still keep it--I hate the laundromat just that much. Haha. That being said, it's a great piece of equipment. I'd recommend it to anyone. The load size is roughly the same as a regular washing machine's small load. I'm very glad I didn't get a smaller size. This is a great size for my needs. If you're debating between this and a smaller size, I'd spend the extra few dollars for this.

I've been looking for a portable washer at a reasonable price with a good capacity. Everything advertised was at least $100 higher than this one and didn't have as many features. It has a lot of settings and the capacity is only slightly less than a full size washing machine. It quick couples to the sink in my bathroom, I load it, set the selection I want, turn it on and forget it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great machine in a slightly smaller package than a full size that preforms flawlessly.

I received my order however it’s not the same machine. The washer looks like a Magic Chef compact washer. Shipping was on time however my package was left outside in the rain. The bottom part of the box was damaged. When i opened the box A black plastic part fell out of the machine. I couldn’t figure out where it belonged. The instruction was vaguen for installing the base cover. It said secure the bottom cover with 2 screws that came with. But there was only one screw in separate plastic bag. I just slid the cover for now. I run the machine on normal-medium-cold setting. It stopped running about 10 minutes into the washing cycle. Then after 5-7 min it started at wash cycle. Not sure if pausing middle of the wash is normal.

It’s a very decent sized washer, which does a great job. My apartment doesn’t have a designated plumbing set up to connect a washer, so I connect it to the kitchen sink. It’s super easy to set up and no brainer. I really enjoy the extra rinse option which can be added to the program. The only con I could find so far: the wash cycle before it moves to rinse is very short. Other than that, it’s a great purchase!

I agonized about which portable washing machine to buy, but for some odd reason, I kept gravitating to this one. I don’t regret my decision settling for it. It was super easy to hook up to the regular laundry hook ups and no leaks whatsoever. As for washing the clothes it does an exceptionally good job with little laundry soap. It has a full program delay, soak, wash and it rinses twice with an option for an extra rinse. The clothes don’t dry on spinning mode but it wrings them very well and most of the clothes dry within a few hours. The drum takes quite a lot for a large load....I didn’t bother to count how many pieces I put in, but it was quite a bit like 2 pairs of jeans, 3 ladies trousers, about 5 blouses and a few pairs of socks and some jocks and it washed the clothes super clean with about two tablespoons of Bravo and it washed quietly. That’s another thing I didn’t have to worry about balancing it, it sits sturdy on the floor doesn’t bounce around when spinning. I’m so pleased with this purchase. No need to go to laundromat at all.

I didn't think I would be one of the customers that missing pieces and a dent in my machine. I like the fact they delivered but if I am going to spend $200 + I would like everything that I need in the box. I'm giving 2 stars because I didn't have much trouble returning and getting my refund.
