-Fast shipping. I ordered on Tuesday night, it was here Friday morning same week. -Packaged well. No complaints there. -Easy to assemble. Just had to screw on the bottom cover, faucet adapter, and water hose. All parts included. -Appearance. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is because it had a dent and wasn't what was pictured as advertised. -Functionality. I've washed four loads already. No leaks from the bottom. The large load is really medium-small if it were a bigger machine. It's quiet. Easy to program to your settings. Drain hose needs to be a little stronger. But that's not much of a negative issue. It drained well. The spin is out of this world. My clothes came out cleaned, fresh smelling, and just about dry. I hung my clothes to dry in my bedroom with a space heater. They dried faster than expected. For the 69 minute setting (large load) it spins for about 40 minutes. I really can't complain about that. -Savings. The price for this washer was 199.00. Great price. To add, I used about a fourth of cup if not less of HE powder detergent and a few tablespoons of liquid fabric softener. Use Gain or Tide. I love Gain so that's what was used. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER DETERGENT THAN WHAT'S INSTRUCTED. The HE detergent will preserve your washer and prevent suds. For your clothes, the detergent will get all of them cleaned. But the small amounts water it uses, smaller measurements are mandatory. For the four loads I washed took about 3/4 of scoop included with detergent. More bang for my buck. -Transporting. It has two small wheels in the back. Since the washer is lightweight for me, it's easy to tilt and roll. It has handles to grip. I'm ok with that. I still might buy a dolly. -Overall experience. Completely satisfied. I don't have to go to laundry mat or wash clothes by hand anymore. I've been shopping around for about a year or more before purchasing this machine. Very comfortable and happy about my decision to get this one here. Will recommend to some friends.

Best little washing machine ever! Love the features and the see thru lid as well as the lid closes by itself. Very quiet. Was surprised to find it is a High Efficiency type washer. I hooked I up myself, no leaks, no problems .Works as good as the big boys

I agonized about which portable washing machine to buy, but for some odd reason, I kept gravitating to this one. I don’t regret my decision settling for it. It was super easy to hook up to the regular laundry hook ups and no leaks whatsoever. As for washing the clothes it does an exceptionally good job with little laundry soap. It has a full program delay, soak, wash and it rinses twice with an option for an extra rinse. The clothes don’t dry on spinning mode but it wrings them very well and most of the clothes dry within a few hours. The drum takes quite a lot for a large load....I didn’t bother to count how many pieces I put in, but it was quite a bit like 2 pairs of jeans, 3 ladies trousers, about 5 blouses and a few pairs of socks and some jocks and it washed the clothes super clean with about two tablespoons of Bravo and it washed quietly. That’s another thing I didn’t have to worry about balancing it, it sits sturdy on the floor doesn’t bounce around when spinning. I’m so pleased with this purchase. No need to go to laundromat at all.

This is a great compact washing machine if you are tight on space. It does come with instructions and can help you know how to work it. It comes with its own hot and cold hoses so you do NOT have to buy these separately. It also can with a faucet adapter as well. The water drainage is very long and can move the U-shaped piece from the hose to have it placed for a drainage pipeline or sink. There was no damages inside and outside of my washer. The delivery person was helpful in placing the big package in my kitchen. The picture provided on the website is true to its description.

Awesome washer! it's a must have!! I live in a one bedroom apartment and this baby is going to save me from going to the laundry mat! you guys it washes a pretty decent load for being a portable. it's totally worth every penny I spent on this purchase. couldn't be happier!! not to mention it comes with everything you need to hook it up to the sink faucet.

I bought this washer and from the 2nd wash onwards, getting the Error Code E1. Checked to see if there is water leakage or the drain out blockage nothing. So, the washer is getting the error code E1 when the washer comes to the RINSE stage. If that is fixed, I would give the washer 5 stars if not 0 stars

So far, so good. Only used it once, but very easy IF you read the directions. Uses only a small amount of POWDER detergent (says use only one-quarter of what soap manufacturer says). It is like the new low water washers so it sloshes the clothes back and forth but no rotating up and down. I was afraid they might not get clean, but really did. Used “large-bulky” setting for a set of full sheets, pillowcases, dish towels, small items

After seeing all of these online reviews, I was quite skeptical of how good this machine actually was. I purchased it, and immediately realized that these reviews are genuine. Pros: -Very quiet operation. Does not disturb neighbours, even those located right next door (we share a wall) -Very quick wash cycles, range from 30-60 minutes. Since the machine is located right in our unit, we have no reason to wait until we get a pile of laundry and was more frequently, so we run the smaller cycles. -Efficient. Uses/drains very little water -Does not require a dedicated hot water connection. You have the option of just using the cold, and adjusting the temperature on the faucet itself (not the machine- must be selected cold). -Capacity. We can fit queen bedsheets in one load* (We use blankets instead of a traditional duvet due to it being a warmer building). I'm sure you would have no issue running sheets in here over two loads of any size bed. Great mix of being a compact size to fit a spot in your place for, but having a decent capacity. Cons: -Does a decent job of spinning, however clothes do take a while to dry. Obviously depends on your place but since we do not get a lot of air flow in our unit, it takes us upwards of 12-14 hours to dry a medium sized load. Takes even longer for our bedsheets. Not a huge downside but something to keep in mind. This unit DOES come with your typical faucet adapter, however you may need to visit the hardware store as the hoses are quite small. Overall, a great buy. Do not hesitate as this thing is totally worth every penny! (Especially now on sale)

after my washing machine arrived i removed it from the box and noticed a dent in the lower left side of the machine,It looked like something pointed and sharp rammed into it. The dent is about four or five inches. I also noticed two other small dents on the left side of the machine.

great washer. holds more cloths than I thought it would. don't understand the delay button. the spin cycle almost drys the cloths completely. cloths come out very clean. the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because you have to use HE powdered soap only and I have a whole pantry full of liquid soap.
