It does everything it says perfectly. Bought more speakers just to get the full experience and set up was easy. It also works great with high end tv’s. If you really want to control your consoles through hdmi with your remote it supports it. If you need to change surround settings cause of fuzz or static it does it quickly. I would recommend this for sure.

I cant use HDMI Arc for TV sound to pass thru in the AVR. my TV is a LG 85" size. I did everything in the setup both TV and AVR, looking also in various websites and you tubes. I knew I am doing it correctly, but still in vain. Dont know what to do now?

I have had this AVR s760h for a couple of weeks now. I have not hooked a tv up to it yet just an old monator. So I can’t say anything about the video side of it. I can only talk about the audio side. I have 4 older tower me wood speakers that I have replaced the speakers in. Along with a a pair of other bigger tower speakers. I get up to about 3/4 volume and the receiver kicks off. This is my fourth Denon receiver. They have all done this. This is the only complaint I have with any of the Denon receivers I have owned. I’m also currently using a x2000 for my main receiver in my front room as a home theater receiver.

Awesome receiver! I used to have a home theater that shook the house and windows setup. When I downsized my living space I got the Denon 540BT/Polk TL1600 budget system. Sounded very good. After doing that for 18 months I wanted Dolby Atmos. I don't have 7 speakers, yet, BUT the Dolby Atmos Height Virtualization included in the 760 is great. Add the On-Screen Menu system, internet radio & AirPlay 2 and they are incredible step ups. This is by far the best budget Atmos receiver IMO. Two thumbs up. Highly Recommended!!

If these clothes were very secret, old-school "visualization", that is, visualizer, it would be much, much better. I know that things are not like that in general, but I wish it was.

Good product overall that met expextions, but great value

Turned it on one day to no sound. Tried several inputs and different cables, nothing. WiFi and Bluetooth also stopped working. Reset unit, still nothing. Most expensive paper weight I own.

I have a AVR-S760H and when i change channels the volume starts out low. If there is a break in talking, it drops again. I assume it is a setting somewhere. Help!

This is a very nice recriver. I usually by Yahama, a friend recommended Denon. I glad I tried it. Too many positive things to list. I do recommend the AVR-S760H, but also look at the options of the other receivers. I ended up going with the X2700.
