They are easy to cook and have the perfect seasoning. Just pop them in the oven and enjoy. Here, I’ve added them to pasta and my favorite marinara sauce and paired with garlic bread. It was absolutely delicious!

I liked the macros and even my kids enjoyed them. Preparing them was super simple in the air fryer and I liked that I can use them in multiple ways.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These nuggets are super tasty and come out crispy out of the air fryer. I like how it’s made with simple ingredients and lightly breaded so it’s less carbs. This is a great way for my family to get the protein we need in a delicious way!

I had high enough hopes for these to buy the three pound bag. My first impression was they were huge nuggets. When placed in the air fryer a ton of grease came off of them and still more when I finished cooking. The smell of tallow was very strong, and the taste left a strong aftertaste. The meat itself was rubbery and very tough. I had to attempt several bites. I tried several to make sure it was not just a bad nugget. Overall, I did not care for these at all, flavor, smell, and texture were all wrong.

What can I say? I’m a HUGE RGF fan. Their macros, ingredients and options are easily at the top of my favorites. These new breaded chicken chunks with no seed oils taste better than ever. They have a deeper, richer flavor than previous releases. High protein, low carb. You literally can’t go wrong here!!!

So disappointed. I have purchased this brand GF chicken several times because there aren't a lot of great options for gluten free few ingredients natural breaded chicken, but every single time I've thrown out several pieces which are inedible due to having gristle, strange connective tissue that are rubbery and unyielding.

I am not usually a fan of frozen snack foods but these are fantastic. I bought them after a quick look just because they had more protein and looked more like real chicken. Frozen, they did not look like they were going to be appetizing at all but my husband and kids had already tried them and liked them. They are really, really good. The coating in flavor and light texture reminds me of old school KFC original. Also the meat texture is meat, not ground up yuck. We cook ours quite a bit longer than the directions say, and if you do that at the suggested temp of 330, the coating crisps up a bit. I only realized after the second time that there was chickpea and apparently the health benefits were more than just the additional protein. In my opinion this does not taste like health food at all, it doesn’t have the standard frozen food grossness either (you know that taste…). Def will buy again; def worth the price over other similar products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy Moly! I have found my new favorite frozen chicken! You can smell the seasoning before even taking it out of the bag! This is so unbelievably flavorful ! I just lined a pan with foil and dumped the whole bag on the pan ( because after smelling them I knew they would go fast). I cooked them 1/2 of the way and flipped them to heat for the other 1/2. The piece that I am holding in the picture is the only piece I got out of the whole bag! This will be our new go to!
