They’re easy to cook in the air fryer, they stay crispy, they’re lightly breaded so the chicken shines through, and they’re thick and juicy. I paired mine with a simple ranch dipping sauce and they were delicious. High in protein and low in carbs and fake stuff. This is something I’d feel good about serving as a snack or even as a meal.

I love all things chicken nuggets, and the fact that these are low-carb, lightly breaded, with chickpea flour and easy to make make these staple for my meals. Cooking these is extremely easy in either the oven or the air fryer, and the results tasted great both ways. For a full meal, I had a few vegetable vegetables, and I am completely satisfied, and feel great after eating. These chicken nuggets are extremely tender and juicy, while still having a crispy exterior; which is surprising considering they are gluten free and only lightly breaded. Seriously, these are addicting!

Even though the pieces are not uniform in size, the pieces all cook perfectly at the same time. There is a lot of value in these packages since the chunks of Chicken are so Big and Tasty!!

I’m a fan of Real Good Food and was so excited to see new chicken chunks at Sam’s. I used to get the Just Bare chicken but quit about a year ago because every bag would have some that just texture wise were awful. But the Real Good Food chunks in the air fryer is the way to go. The taste is 10/10, the texture is 10/10 and it’s guilt free because it is so much healthier. I will definitely be getting this product on the regular. Now if Sam’s could carry the Real Good burritos I’d be so happy.

I mean it’s almost like you need to sprinkle some seasoning on it because there’s nothing on the breading. It’s just chicken. Bland chicken. Hard pass.
