These have become a new staple in my meal prep and my sister who is diabetic loves these. I would recommend highly!! The flavor is so good, in Caesar salads, chicken wraps, rice bowls or just to eat as is.

if you are looking for a clean and healthy option, these are it!! are they as good as chickfilay? no! But you are not putting ANYTHING bad in your body with these. there is another option that i used to buy but learned of risky additives. so buyer beware and if your health is important, the look of the frozen product should not matter!

I guess it depends on if you’re on a strict diet and desperate for some breading on your chicken, then you might enjoy it. Also expensive and the pic is the whole bag poured into the pan so it doesn’t go far.

These are just not good! we made them in the oven. The breading doesnt get crunchy, its more mushy and just falls off. The taste was strange as well. almost like an old oil flavor. But my biggest complaint is they were full of fat and gristle. Will not buy these again.
