The breading is noticeably different from traditional nuggets—it is lighter and slightly crisp, though not as crunchy as standard fast-food versions. The chicken itself tastes fairly clean and not overly processed, which is a plus. Flavor-wise, they are a bit on the mild side, so they benefit from dipping sauces like ranch, barbecue, or honey mustard. Texture can vary depending on how you cook them; using an air fryer tends to give the best results, while microwaving can make them a little soft. Overall, they are not a perfect substitute for classic nuggets, but for a low-carb or keto-friendly option, they do the job well and are worth keeping on hand for quick meals.

The breading is thin (which I don't mind), but it can leave some soggy spots where it's not evenly coated (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). Other than that they taste great, aren't dry, and are perfect as a snack or to add to meals. I've made "katsu" chicken with them and add them to salads. They're not overly seasoned so they're pretty versatile as far as what you add them to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Real good lightly breaded chicken nuggets are amazingly delicious, they are tender and juicy with the right crisp perfect for a quick meal or snack.. also kid approved and you would never guess that they are gluten free. I just put them frozen into my air fryer no defrosting needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Family of four only my daughter liked this chicken, of course she smothered it in ketchup. The breading was pretty tasteless. The actual chicken had a very soft texture which we didn't like. It did get pretty crispy in air fryer. And honestly it smelled better than it tasted. We will not be purchasing in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Low carb Chicken Nuggets are absolutely delicious, because they say low carb, if you you had to do a blind taste, you would not pick these nuggets as low carb, you would be surprised how low carb nuggets taste like regular chicken nuggets that kids would love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent taste and quality chicken! I eat these and salads, and wraps, and by themselves. You cannot tell the difference and you get to eat healthy. My kids don't know the difference and love them! It makes me feel good to feed healthier food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dinner is ready! These chicken nuggets taste just like you're eating fried chicken. These are quickly made in 12 minutes in your air fryer. The chicken chunks are so flavorful and perfectly breaded. Juicy, tender chicken breast, premium quality, great value. Overall, I would most definitely buy these again. Everyone in my family loved them and asked when i would buy more. I highly recommend these!
