Just enough season and batter to not be overpowering and the ingredients are clean. I have a separate freezer just for their products. I also like the fact that they don't use defective drugged up chickens.

It had a nice crispy texture and was soft and juicy on the inside. The sizing is decent. It has like a healthier taste compared to regular chicken nuggets. Great for a quick snack or lunch. They taste good paired with your condiments of choice!

Instructions include oven or air fry directions. We baked ours. The flavor is odd, but not horrible. Pieces vary in size, so if you are tracking your intake, you'll need a scale to measure out the 4oz serving size. Made from chicken breast and rib meat, pieces easily break on a clean line when bit or or cut. I really like that they are low carb and high protein for a healthier nutrition option.
