They came out perfectly crispy on the outside without any of the extra oil or greasiness of deep-frying. The chicken stayed tender, juicy inside and smell so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Based on the picture of the product, these looked like unprocessed chicken, but in fact, they are mechanically separated, chicken. Probably the best way to describe these are chicken nuggets sponges. I gave it to stars because they are pretty low carbohydrate compared to anything else on the market. The flavor was decent but not great. They did crisp up nicely in the air fryer and the coating is just right. They are tender and I imagine kids would like them. I thought these were just chicken chunks and that would be fantastic but as they are, I was highly disappointed to eat these as an adult for dinner. I think kids would be fine with them. I gave the product two stars instead of one because they are low-carb but if not for that, I would've only given them one star.

I have been a life long lover of chicken nuggets and when I became gluten free a few years ago I had such a difficult time finding a delicious, crispy, and quality frozen chicken nugget option - until I found Real Good Foods! I include these nuggets in so many different lunch and dinner recipes or have them by themself as a high protein snack. I highly recommend this product to everyone who loves chicken nuggets of the healthiest and highest quality!

These bite sized chicken comes in a variety of sizes some big and some small. The prep was quick and easy just pop them into the oven at 350 and you're good to go while it taste good by itself. I personally decided to compliment mine with a side of veggies, but either way the bites are thick juicy and filling, regardless.

I bodybuild so during a cut that was great to eat. I decided to try the nuggets when they first came out and got HOOKED! I never buy frozen items because of all the extra "crap" in them and they're so high fat but I wanted to try them. The fact that I did not have to add ANY seasoning to them is a major selling point. And they are so easy to pop in the air fryer and eat as a snack or as the main part of a meal. Unfortunately, Meijer runs out ALL THE TIME so I try to stock up when I can and grab a couple bags because I eat these weekly. I tried to keep them from my kids and tell them they wouldn't like it because it was one of my "protein" foods but they tried anyway and now they love them too😭 I have to hide them in the bottom of the deep freeze so they don't eat them haha. 1000/10 recommend!

The meat is all white meat and the coating on them make them super crispy when put in the air fryer. The packaging is bright and bold and was easy to find. I love that I could add them to a salad and it will be the perfect calorie dense meal. There was a healthy amount of nuggets in the bag as well.

I do wish the pieces were similar sized- some are huge like and some are more nugget sized. They are crispy, and the bag is a great value/size for a family of 4.

The chicken was pretty standard tasting when air fried correctly. It was crispy and decently tender and juicy. Now, considering the amount of protein compared to the calories, this value is incredible. Nowhere will you find decent tasting chicken bites with 23 grams of protein and only 180 calories per serving. Absolutely amazing low calorie option and 100% worth picking up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Real good lightly breaded chicken nuggets are amazingly delicious, they are tender and juicy with the right crisp perfect for a quick meal or snack.. also kid approved and you would never guess that they are gluten free. I just put them frozen into my air fryer no defrosting needed.
