She has tried these real good lightly breaded chicken nuggets and loves that they contain a lot of protein per serving. They do get nice and crispy in the air fryer however they are a little rubbery when you chew them. We like that the package has a zip up design so that we can put them back in the freezer and only take out the amount that we need each time.

if you are looking for a clean and healthy option, these are it!! are they as good as chickfilay? no! But you are not putting ANYTHING bad in your body with these. there is another option that i used to buy but learned of risky additives. so buyer beware and if your health is important, the look of the frozen product should not matter!

If you want low carb, weirdly breaded chicken that isn't good or bad, you found it! It's also a pain when you have kids that want chicken nuggets NOW but you have to drag out the air fryer to make them. 14 mins is an eternity for a starving toddler. I think there's easier nuggets on the market with the same health claims that are quicker and taster to make.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chicken nuggets were pretty quick to heat up! If using the air fryer, it takes about 12-14 minutes! They do get a crispy breading! Over all they smell really good but they seem to be missing flavor. The nuggets tasted a bit bland to me. I did eat them with in ketchup as well and they tasted better that way to me! Overall, they were crispy yet soft enough to eat easily! The sizes of the nuggets vary but they are overall a decent size!

I have been a life long lover of chicken nuggets and when I became gluten free a few years ago I had such a difficult time finding a delicious, crispy, and quality frozen chicken nugget option - until I found Real Good Foods! I include these nuggets in so many different lunch and dinner recipes or have them by themself as a high protein snack. It not a crunchy kind of thick breading, it's like a finely ground sandy coating on the chicken. The taste and texture were good. I prefer more salt and spice but it's nothing a little sauce won't fix. The nuggets cook well in my air fryer and aren't greasy at all which is what I prefer. Overall, pretty solid for a lightly breaded nugget!

They are the only store-bought nuggets the kids will eat. And when they don't finish them all, I love them too.

It truly helps with weight loss cause the calories to protein ratio is perfect. The after taste is not bad but it does smell a little. I have bought 4 more bags after and am definitely satisfied.
