I made them in the air fryer then cut up for a salad and also baked in the oven as an entrée. I actually preferred the crispness of the breading I got from the air fryer. I was so excited to see seed oil free nuggets but these are gross. The breading is bland, not crispy, and has a weird texture. The chicken just has an off flavor, not sure if it's the breading or the beef tallow but I won't be buying these again. Not even sure I can finish the bag.

I was really happy with the macros of these and I can see myself wanting to buy them again to have them in my freezer for quick meals. The breading is a great dark color and tastes quite good. It's almost sandy in texture but not in a bad way! Overall would recommend and will probably buy again!
