I like the crispy coating, it came out great from an air fryer. The protein content & ingredients are an added bonus. I will buy these again!

They're made with chicken breast and have a lighter breading than traditional nuggets, which keeps the carbs low while still giving them some crunch. The first thing I noticed was that they actually taste like chicken, not just breading. The texture is especially good when cooked in the air fryer, where they come out crispy on the outside and tender inside. They're also packed with protein, which makes them more filling than most frozen nuggets. That said, they're not exactly the same as fast-food nuggets. The breading is thinner, and the seasoning is pretty mild. On their own, they can be a little bland, so I usually eat them with a dipping sauce. The portion size is very low in calories only 180 it was easy to prepare. I put it in the stove and bait for 20 minutes.

They are so easy to cook- I just threw mine in the air fryer and 15 minutes later they were perfectly golden and crispy. They’re easy to cook in the air fryer, they stay crispy, they’re lightly breaded so the chicken shines through, and they’re thick and juicy. I paired mine with a simple ranch dipping sauce and they were delicious. High in protein and low in carbs and fake stuff. This is something I’d feel good about serving as a snack or even as a meal.

if you are looking for a clean and healthy option, these are it!! are they as good as chickfilay? no! But you are not putting ANYTHING bad in your body with these. there is another option that i used to buy but learned of risky additives. so buyer beware and if your health is important, the look of the frozen product should not matter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had higher hopes for these. I air fried them and they didn't get very crispy. Looking for a crispier crust. I did like the flavor and the fact that it was real chicken with no preservatives. But you can definitely taste that.
