Unfortunately, I was not a fan. The breading had a very odd texture and the chicken was moist but fibrous. I love that it's a healthier and convenient alternative for those watching what they eat and want to get extra protein in, so I did give it 3 stars. Taste is subjective, but these just were not it for me.

The directions say to air fry at 400F for 12 minutes, but I personally left mine in for 18 minutes and they came out amazing. The outside is crispy and inside is still tender. It also feels good eating things that you know aren't overly processed. Ingredients are simple and clean. I also found one portion to keep me perfectly satiated. Overall, a big fan of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The low card and light aspect is definitely there - each nugget has verfew carbs and a lower calories compared to regular ones. However the taste and texture left me a bit disappointed. It feel like a soft coating than actually breading.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone trying to watch my carb intake, these have been a game changer! I use my air fryer to cook them and they come out mostly crispy. The breading is thin (which I don't mind), but it can leave some soggy spots where it's not evenly coated (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). Other than that they taste great, aren't dry, and are perfect as a snack or to add to meals. I've made "katsu" chicken with them and add them to salads. They're not overly seasoned so they're pretty versatile as far as what you add them to.

I made a crispy chicken snack wrap and these were perfect. For the price point I wish they came with more in a bag and I wish they were a little crisper but they tasted amazing.
