I love that they’re both gluten-free AND grain-free, which can be hard to find when you’re trying to avoid those ingredients! (It’s not dairy or egg fee though.) The breading gets nice and crispy, and the inside is tender and flavorful. Taste is great and with the cleaner ingredient list, I’m thrilled. They’re quick to make in the air fryer, packed with protein, and make an easy lunch or dinner for busy days! I’ll keep this on the rotation!

Happy to share the recipe. Eating them as is or getting creative tasted delicious! Good for getting in low carbs and high protein in your meal. Reheated and used just as fine. I divided the portions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were really good! The breading is almost a bit like a Nashville hot chicken breading so not as crispy as other competitors but good in its own right. I enjoyed these by themselves and in a salad. Easy to put in the air fryer too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These taste like pretty average freezer chicken nuggets. They could benefit from a well seasoned breading but I suppose that defeats the purpose of low carb. I can say my toddler loves them so I will keep buying them so she gets her protein in.
