The ingredients are better than typical frozen nuggets and I love that the breading they use is low carb BUT not short on flavor. I airfry mine and eat them plain or tossed in my favorite sauce. The possibility of uses for this product are endless!

The breading was made from chickpea flour with some whey protein giving us the double amount of protein in a normal chicken nugget. All great ingredients too! I used this as a protein for my quick salads, just throwing it in the air fryer and done. Only giving it 4 stars because I would have liked it more crispy. I would honestly give it more than 4 stars if there was a choice. I appreciate it came in a zip lock type of packaging though 😊

My kids enjoyed a few whilst gaming. My husband ate them with fries and we felt like these came out great. Crispy and tasty. We didn’t have take out we had nuggets. Not too salty and seasoned well.

I air fried them according to the directions and it smelled like burning plastic so that's all I could taste while I was eating it and it was awful. Macros are great though so I guess if you're just trying to hit your goals it could maybe work. Not for me though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The name says it all, they aren’t lying, it’s RealGood. These nuggets cooked up beautifully in the air fryer. Only 12 minutes at 330 and they were done. You can tell from the smell as they are cooking that the breading is quality. It smells like homemade. It isn’t a thick overpowering breading but just enough to add a crisp and flavorful coating. Add to that the size of the nuggets, they are huge!!

My only complaint is they really don't have a whole lot of seasoning or flavor to them. I liked the texture overall. It was sort of a cornmeal breading texture. It's a very good alternative to greasy, heavy nuggets from a fast food joint. They come in an easy to reseal package so that they don't get freezer burnt. I would definitely buy these again.

The nuggets cooked up golden and crisp on the outside, with a tender, juicy, and moist center that tasted like real chicken (because it is real chicken, no mystery meat here). They’re gluten free, grain free, and packed with 23g of protein per serving, but they don’t taste like a health food swap. I paired mine with fries for a quick dinner and honestly, I’d reach for these again over most fast food nuggets. Flavorful, satisfying, and super convenient. Would I repurchase? Absolutely. These are staying in my freezer.
