They have good cooking instructions and dose not take long. You can cook them in your airfrayer, and it taste really good. I recommend them to anyone it a easy fix. The instructions are really easy because they are pre cooked, I placed mine in the air fryer for 12 min and done.. they taste delicious!

The only thing I wanted a little more of was flavor on the bread...but since it is low carb ill understand. I added pickles for flavor. I will add this to my shopping list. Super easy to make and huge chucks of chicken.

That being said I was pretty satisfied for the most part, only complaints would be that some of the nuggets had no breading on half of it, second the texture somewhat threw me off but all around very tasty and much healthier than some alternatives.
