Mine did have a few bits in the chicken that were fatty and I had to throw out. I think I will cook them for longer in the air fryer next time to see if they get a little more crispy. Definitely a good substitute that is low carb and gluten free.

Being lightly breaded makes them have less carbs and not be so crunchy when you put them in a nice caesar salad. The zip bag is good to put what you don't use back in the freezer. Putting them in an air fryer makes them easy and quick to make for a quick on add in to your healthy lunch. We love them!!!

They have an excellent taste even without any dipping sauce. They also very in size. I love the low carb and high protein. I would definitely buy and recommend
