I loved how they are made with no hormone , gluten free , no artificial flavoring. You can just pop them in the oven or air fryer they get so crispy and crunchy . You can taste the chicken !! I cannot wait to purchase more in the future. It can be so hard to find healthy food items but this product takes the cake . They cam in an easy to open package in the frozen food isle.

We just pop them in the air fryer and enjoy them plain (with dipping sauce), on salads, or mixed into any dish. The instructions are really easy because they are pre cooked, I placed mine in the air fryer for 12 min and done.. they taste delicious!

I do appreciate the packaging having a zip close making it easy to put back in the freezer after opening. This is a great option if you are looking for high protein, low carb, and gluten free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family loved these chicken strips. These are low-carb and gluten-free. We cooked ours in the deep fryer, but instructions were for air fryer. The breading is light, but I think frying made it a little over crispy. As you can see there is whole chicken meat in the tender. We found them very tasty and surprisingly large. We will purchase in the future.

It is gluten free, which is a plus, but the texture of the breading is quite fine and crumbly. My least favorite part about these nuggets are the sizes. They are very inconsistent and irregular. Some of them are in tender size. A lot of them are in popcorn size.
