[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg!! I baked these nuggets in the air fryer and they were delicious!! I really thought they’d taste funny or less tasty because they are low carb. Boy was I wrong! I had to bake a second batch. They are GOOD! And the fact that I’m trying to lose weight without losing some of my favorite snacks, these Realgood nuggets will definitely be added onto my shopping list.

I air fried them according to the directions and it smelled like burning plastic so that's all I could taste while I was eating it and it was awful. Macros are great though so I guess if you're just trying to hit your goals it could maybe work. Not for me though.

It is gluten free, which is a plus, but the texture of the breading is quite fine and crumbly. My least favorite part about these nuggets are the sizes. They are very inconsistent and irregular. Some of them are in tender size. A lot of them are in popcorn size.

It’s not super crunchy but the breaded adds really nice texture and taste to the nugget. Super quick and easy to make!

Real Good Foods Low Carb Lightly Breaded Chicken Nuggets are wonderful because they definitely are more chicken than breading, unlike most chicken nuggets out there. I put them in my air fryer and they heat up quickly and perfectly. I like to eat them with an sugar free apricot barbecue sauce.
