My kids love chicken nuggets but not all chicken nuggets are equally good for them. The Realgood chicken nuggets have no added hormones or anything artificial added. They are quickly made and very crispy. The whole family loves this quick snack. The nuggets are so tasty and flavorful you don't even need any dressing or sauce. This is a staple in our fridge now!

The coating does get crispy, but I really felt the chicken as well as the coating had very little flavor, even after salting. The pieces are not uniform in size which you can see in the photograph. I thought the chicken was dry and some pieces were very chewy and hard to cut. I did appreciate that the chicken was not condensed bits and it’s definitely a healthier choice.

The taste is good—like real chicken—but they can get a little dry if you cook them too long. The breading is light and gets nice and crispy in the air fryer, but microwaving them makes them kinda sad and soggy, so definitely stick to the air fryer if you can. The bag is resealable, which is handy, but sometimes the nuggets freeze together in clumps. As far as ingredients go, they’re solid—low carb, high protein, no weird sugars, but they do have soy and milk, so not great if you’re avoiding those. Overall, they’re a good quick fix when you’re craving nuggets without the carbs. Just don’t overcook ‘em! Would buy again, but wish they were a bit juicier.

Boy was I wrong! I had to bake a second batch. They are GOOD! And the fact that I’m trying to lose weight without losing some of my favorite snacks, these Realgood nuggets will definitely be added onto my shopping list.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cooked the Real Good lightly breaded nuggets in my air fryer. They are a lighter breaded nugget made of real breast meat. They were very filling. My only complaint is they really don't have a whole lot of seasoning or flavor to them. I liked the texture overall. It was sort of a cornmeal breading texture. It's a very good alternative to greasy, heavy nuggets from a fast food joint. They come in an easy to reseal package so that they don't get freezer burnt. I would definitely buy these again.
