It is incredibly juicy and enhances the flavor of various meals. We found it to be very enjoyable on its own with sauce! I appreciate that I can enjoy Real Good chicken in a healthier way, without excessive carbs, and with a good amount of protein.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These chicken nuggets are actually really good. The breading is light but still gives a nice little crunch, and they don’t feel greasy or heavy. The chicken inside is tender and tastes like real chicken. I made them in the oven and they came perfect in 16 minutes. Super convenient for busy days, and I like they have 23g of protein. I have already bought another package and my kid loves it. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I don’t like chunk a like that. I’ve had bad experiences with a different brand and I just can’t eat depending of the shape of the chunk, but this is personal. My daughter just eat them all and happy.

First of all, I was very impressed with the packaging stating 23g of Protein and only 3g of Net carbs per serving! The fact that the chicken is gluten free, grain free, has no added hormones and contains nothing artificial is a huge plus! I opted for cooking the nuggets in an air fryer however, there is also an option to cook them in the microwave, It was very easy to cook and I prepared the most delicious popular mock chicken sandwiches from one of those big name popular establishments and they tasted just as good …..if not better! This Realgood Chicken will definitely be added to my rotation of meals.

I decided these would fit into my macro plan since they are very lightly breaded and the calories work. The nuggets themselves are delish and I don’t regret my decision one bit. I will definitely be buying more of these as my child ate over half of what I made for myself. Kid and adult approved.

I like that this brand is grain free, gluten free, are "lightly breaded", & contain white meat chicken chunks. These nuggets are similar to the Chickfila brand nuggets with a lightly thin, crispy crust, and are truly delicious. Love the flavor/seasoning of these nuggets, & especially appreciate they they have pnly 3 net carbs per serving. They're enjoyable with or without any dip/s. The whole family enjoyed eating them. We will be buying more of these nuggets. Perfect for lunch or a dinner meal.

They only complaint I have is that they were a little dry despite cooking them at the temperature and time given. There was a quite a few chicken nuggets in the bag, definitely enough for one dinner for my family of four. I appreciate being able to buy a brand that has better macros than your average frozen chicken product.
