The cooking instructions are simple and make for a quick and easy lunch. The ingredients make this packed with protein and keep me full.

Then only small issue I have is that they tend to be all different sizes which makes it a bit difficult to make sure they all cook in the same amount of time. Overall, these are great and I will keep eating them

I air-fried the nuggets on 400 and ate them with some honey mustard. I enjoyed eating this healthier alternative to fast food nuggets.

I was blown away that these were breaded with chickpea flower. I was impressed with the simple ingredients of egg, chicken breast, and seasonings. They were easy to prepare in our air fryer, tasty, and tender. If you’re looking for a low carb high protein snack or meal, you should check them out.
