And it is very tasty, my family was surprised that this chicken is store bought frozen. I used the air fryer to cook and it came out perfectly. I definitely recommend this !!!

We just pop them in the air fryer and enjoy them plain (with dipping sauce), on salads, or mixed into any dish. I highly recommend them if you're on a low carb diet or looking for healthier everyday option.

My whole family enjoyed them but found they lacked a ton of flavor and could have used more oven time to make crispier (cooked the longest suggested time) . I did love that the ingredients were clean and that it had a high protein content. Not sure I would repurchase unless they were on sale

The ingredients make you not feel as bad about eating too many and they are so simple to make with so many in one bag, you really cannot beat it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So first, I wasn’t able to find the nuggets but I found the strips. Packaging was easy to open and cooking instructions were easy to follow. I like mine a little more on the crispier side so I left them in a tad bit longer in the air fryer. As far as the taste goes, they’re not bad at all, I appreciate that you can tell you’re eating chicken, not just the breading. I did find them to not be salted/a bit flavorless, so I added a little salt and dipped them in some sauce and it was perfect.

The nutritional value is a lot better than most already on the market. It depends on your microwave how long they cook, just read the bag and heat in 30 second intervals after the initial times.

These nuggets taste great, the breading is nice and light and I feel good knowing I’m putting better in my body. The protein is pretty decent and with only 3g of carbs! This is something i definitely don’t mind feeding my kids on a more often basis as well! I feel healthy and balanced!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying these and WOW they are delicious! I love the lightness breading unlike other brands its 90% breading 10% chicken. This is NOT like that. This actually gives you meat opposed to loads of excess breading and filler. Great as a snack alone or added to a meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cooked the Real Good lightly breaded nuggets in my air fryer. They are a lighter breaded nugget made of real breast meat. They were very filling. My only complaint is they really don't have a whole lot of seasoning or flavor to them. I liked the texture overall. It was sort of a cornmeal breading texture. It's a very good alternative to greasy, heavy nuggets from a fast food joint. They come in an easy to reseal package so that they don't get freezer burnt. I would definitely buy these again.
