My youngest son has blood sugar problems, and these do not spike his glucose then causing a crash due to the low-carb high protein content after being gluten-free for many years, it was so great to find a breaded chicken product.

They flavor is virtually non existent and the pieces included in this bag were inconsistent. There were some very tiny pieces and some were just pieces of breading. The cooking instructions were incorrect as well due to the varying sizes in the bag.

They taste so good and the chicken is chunks of breast meat so it’s not over processed. The flavor is amazing and they go great in anything or by themselves.

The gluten free, grain free strips are packaged in a resealable bag and have no added hormones per the packaging. The strips taste like fried chicken. I needed a little salt. The cooking instructions recommend 14-18 in air fryer or oven. No microwave heating instructions on bag. I recommend longer cooking time for them to be crispy and cooked thoroughly. There was a slightly greasy residue on the parchment paper after cooking. There were many more nugget size pieces of chicken than strips in the bag. Per the packaging there are 23g of protein, 3g net carbs and are 130 calories. Breaded with chickpea flour and other spices. I’d say it’s worth a try.

Also tried them in chicken wraps… so good! High protein and low carb was even better! Only thing that could make them better is if they were made with avocado oil instead of canola!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First: Low carb- at just 3 net carbs! Second: Gluten free! I used an air fryer for these strips and they were ready in 14 minutes. I love that it's quick and that I do not have to use my oven and heat up the kitchen. The smell of the strips cooking was amazing. They have good flavor and the meat is not dry. They are lightly breaded so it's not all breading instead of chicken. I personally did not like the breading much and I will chalk that up to texture preference. However, I would love to try these strips on the grill... I bet they would be amazing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I enjoyed these chicken nuggets. They are very flavorful and were tasty with just dipping sauce. They only complaint I have is that they were a little dry despite cooking them at the temperature and time given. There was a quite a few chicken nuggets in the bag, definitely enough for one dinner for my family of four. I appreciate being able to buy a brand that has better macros than your average frozen chicken product.
