However, I've enjoyed the previous recipe and it had better macro so I'd be interested to see if they could release that again. Still even with the rest change I will be a repeat customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying I made these in an oven, not in an air fryer which the bag notes as the recommended method. These nuggets taste good and are very juicy, but the breading didn't get crispy when cooked. I don't have an air fryer in my apartment so I will have to try this method a different time. Overall I would buy these again. High in protein and low in carbs and fat unlike other nuggets.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other bad reviews. Go look at all of the other negative adjectives used for this product. I didn't read them all, so I might be repeating some. This stuff tastes nasty, horrible, disgusting, it even smelled bad while cooking. It was chewy and tough. If I had been doing a blind taste test, that it was chicken would never have crossed my mind. I've never eaten opossum, but I might have guessed opossum, but only because they're one of the most disgusting critters on the planet. I really wanted to like this "stuff", and I made several attempts, but in the end I threw most of it in the trash.
