The cooking instructions are very clear. I use this with some sugar-free barbecue sauce for lunch. It was amazing.

I air fried them according to the directions and it smelled like burning plastic so that's all I could taste while I was eating it and it was awful. Macros are great though so I guess if you're just trying to hit your goals it could maybe work. Not for me though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cooked the Real Good lightly breaded nuggets in my air fryer. They are a lighter breaded nugget made of real breast meat. They were very filling. My only complaint is they really don't have a whole lot of seasoning or flavor to them. I liked the texture overall. It was sort of a cornmeal breading texture. It's a very good alternative to greasy, heavy nuggets from a fast food joint. They come in an easy to reseal package so that they don't get freezer burnt. I would definitely buy these again.

The overall flavor was just okay. It’s nice they have lower carbs, but I’ve definitely had better nuggets. The price was also higher.

These are the best frozen chicken nuggets I have ever purchased. They cook up great. I prefer to microwave them and then put them under the broiler to make them a little crispy. They have a light coating and are actual chicken. I really enjoyed them because they aren’t overly seasoned so I can add whatever flavor I want.
