Real chicken breast meat, lightly breaded. What really impressed me is that it's not super salty. Very tasty.

The flavor? Actually good! The texture? They were chewy and stringy when cutting them. Cooked both in oven and a/f. Same results.

These were okay. Breading was weird. There were lots of chunks of breading that weren't nuggets. Often the breading to nugget ration was off.

Throw them in air fryer, chop them up over a salad kit and you have a healthy dinner with macros met.

We excited to try these because of the ingredients, but they are not good at all. Your tongue will feel like you just scooped tallow in your mouth.

This is the best fried chicken, and gives you a good amount of protein with very little carbs. My whole family loves it.
