It has a thin, light, crisp batter that, upon broiling for 2 minutes after baking for 17, is so yummy! It packs a lot of protein and has very little carbs, so enjoy without guilt! My only annoyance with these is that they are large pieces that I have to cut up for my kids. I'll deal with it to be a little healthier though!

Even better they are gluten free! These are so easy to pop in the air fryer or throw in the oven. We like to make some Greek yogurt ranch to dip the in. These are absolutely a staple in my freezer.

The breading wasn’t too thick and it was mostly chicken. Each “nugget” wasn’t cookie cutter either. It looked like someone cut up chicken breast battered it and that’s it. My only gripe is that the bag is so small!

While the texture was good and they were cooked well, the lack of taste was a major disappointment. I found myself having to add a lot of condiments just to make them somewhat flavorful. On the plus side, the nuggets were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. However, the overall taste was just not there for me. I would recommend adding more spices or seasoning to enhance the flavor.

I followed the directions as it said on the bag for the air fryer, these were a hit at my house with my family. Everyone loved them they tasted exactly like fried chicken you would get at a restaurant. It’s amazing how low the calories and carbs were. They came out very crispy and juicy. Will definitely be buying these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the ingredient are great and for gluten free they are great but the breading just didn’t get crunchy but the chicken had a great taste to it. I would recommend that you keep it in the air fryer a bit longer we did just to get a bit more crispy. I would buy again for my gluten free members of the family but have it 4 stars as I am not gluten free and like more crispy batter texture.
