I love that they’re lightly breaded and have lots of protein! The bland taste is worth it for the ingredients!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Real Good Foods Low Carb Lightly Breaded Chicken Nuggets is very different from other chicken nuggets that I've tried. It is made from pieces of chicken and not the smooth stuff that the others are made from. It also has to be baked in the oven and not the microwave. It is very tasty and I'm happy to eat it, knowing that it's made from real chicken.

The breading was made from chickpea flour with some whey protein giving us the double amount of protein in a normal chicken nugget. All great ingredients too! I used this as a protein for my quick salads, just throwing it in the air fryer and done. Only giving it 4 stars because I would have liked it more crispy. I would honestly give it more than 4 stars if there was a choice. I appreciate it came in a zip lock type of packaging though 😊

The chicken is real white meat, not processed chicken. I prepared it in the air fryer and they came out perfect! I would definitely recommend this to others.

By the time I got home, my kids had eaten them all, and they say that they are really good on their own, but even better dipped in their favorite sauce.

I try to eat less carbs and this product has less carbs and taste amazing and you can hardly tell that there are less carbs! I highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a good chicken nugget alternative on the healthier side!

These are especially great if you want some fried chicken or just something other than regular chicken at home, and it fills that need for me. I love these for lunch so quick and taste great with fantastic macros. I’d gatekeep these if I could!!
