My whole family enjoyed them but found they lacked a ton of flavor and could have used more oven time to make crispier (cooked the longest suggested time) . I did love that the ingredients were clean and that it had a high protein content. Not sure I would repurchase unless they were on sale

We just pop them in the air fryer and enjoy them plain (with dipping sauce), on salads, or mixed into any dish. I highly recommend them if you're on a low carb diet or looking for healthier everyday option.

He will only eat one certain brand of frozen chicken so I wasn’t sure if he would even eat these but I wanted to try! I cooked them in the toaster oven and they came out perfect. He ate all of it! It is delicious chunks of meat. It’s gluten free and that’s how I eat, so that is a win for me. I love toppings a salad with these nuggets.
