I don't like anything but breast meat when I eat chicken so I like that this is all they're made of. Theyre a bit pricey for the size you get but everything is. We'll be having them again.

The Real Good Foods lightly breaded chicken nuggets are a great low carb alternative to other brands. The meat inside is real meat pieces with a very think coat of breading. Be careful not to overcook though because they do get a bit dry.
