First bed in a box, delivered quickly in a manageable box, easy for two people to move. Once we unpacked it, it quickly began to expand like a peep in the microwave. We could not wait to pounce on it. ! It’s been the best sleep we have had in a while. It’s not too firm and not too soft, it’s just right like a chocolate milkshake on a summer night. Highly recommend !

I like the mattress with the exception of the edges, when sitting on the edge of the bed it droops and I find myself it having to readjust myself so I won't slide off the bed. Also the material on the top of the mattress pucker's up. It is really hard in the middle of the mattress.

i was skeptical about buying a bed online before trying it, but reading the reviews along with the 90 day return policy made it an easier decision. After sleeping on this bed for 60 days, I LOVE IT. this is the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. The edge support is unmatched by any other mattress. I would recommend this bed to anyone that asked about buying a new bed.

Our original bed that my wife and I had for years was destroyed by our room being flooded. We always heard amazing reviews and decided to give Ghost Bed a try. After having it delivered and set up my wife loves it. I’m not able to try it out yet, but once I return from this deployment I’ll finally be able to try out this bed my wife keeps telling me about.

After significant research that I ended up buying the GhostBed Luxe. I've to say that so far its been an amazing experience. They advertised that the mattress is cool and this was a critical requirement for me and the it is as good as advertised. It is terrific. It was quite easy to unbox and set up the mattress and there was hardly any smell that many review sites claimed. I'm extremely happy with this decision, hopefully the GhostBed doesn't disappoint me after 3 months as I've seen many other popular mattresses sold online lose shine after 3-4 months.

My husband wakes up most mornings with back pain ever since we got this mattress, and it definitely seems more like a 4 iyn the hardness scale. It's disappointing after all the good reviews, but I understand that everybody has different sleep needs. We're going to give it some more time, but unfortunately, we're likely going to have to utilize the sleep guarantee.

We purchased a GhostBed LUXE Mattress Queen. I did a lot of research before purchasing this mattress because I have lower back problems. Plus my husband and I like different firmness levels in a mattress so I knew I needed to purchase a mattress that met both of our needs. We didn't get to sleep on it right away due to renovations going on in our house but once we did, it was one of my best night's of sleep I've ever had. I can honestly say since I have been sleeping on my mattress, I have not woke up once with any lower back pain. Also, both my husband and myself like the firmness of this mattress. It is not too soft or too firm but just right for the both of us. The biggest perk of owning this mattress is its cooling effect it has. I used to toss and turn due to being overheated on my old mattress but I never experience that with this mattress due to its unique cooling materials it is constructed from. I’m 60 years old and had been sleeping on a very expensive, extra plush pillow top mattress. I thought I liked a really soft mattress, but was waking up several times a night and was really stiff in the mornings - Getting old, I thought. I ordered the Ghost Bed because of it’s cooling properties, but for me the best feature has been sleeping more comfortably through the night and waking significantly less stiff.

Overall, I LOVE this bed. I bought it based on a referral my friend gave. Her husband had done extensive research before purchasing a Ghost bed. To note, they love it. Initially they tried a Tuft & Needle which they found too hard. We received the bed the first week in December so it is still fairly new to us. The biggest benefit is I find once I put my head down I am out faster then I have ever fallen asleep on any bed, I wake up feeling rested. I am not disturbed if my husband turns or moves about at night. The only reason I am deducting a star is I find I have some lower back pains and some nights I find I wake up a little achy, I am not sure if this is just me or that the bed does not give enough for side sleepers, there is the chance that it does not relieve pressure points as well as I would like. It is still new to us and Ghost said it takes some time to get used to. I do think I need to re-evaluate after 30 days. For me, I like the firmness but could probably go half a point less. My husband could go half a point higher so I think this is a good compromise.

This bed is great -- it sleeps cool, it's very high quality, my husband loves it. Unfortunately, it's just too firm for me. It also takes a few minutes to conform to your body, which adds to the firm feeling. The pillows are a wonder, they stay so cold! It's amazing.
