This mattress is pretty comfortable right out of the box, with a medium-firm feel—not too soft and not too hard. I sleep on both my side and back, and it works well for both positions. Setup was very easy. It arrived rolled up in a box, and once opened, it expanded quickly. I followed the instructions and let it sit for 72 hours before using it. There was very little odor, which was a nice bonus. One thing to keep in mind—it does have some weight. I ended up using a dolly to move it into the guest room. It feels comfortable for me and for guests who’ve tried it, but I can see how someone heavier might prefer a thicker mattress for more support. Overall, it’s a solid mattress. Great for a guest room, kids, or even everyday use if you’re not too particular. It also seems slightly longer than our previous queen-size mattress.

3 things I love… 1-zippered cover so it can be washed if need be, 2-silky soft top, 3- really comfortable for those that like a softer mattress. Not too soft but good. The only thing and not necessarily a bad thing is it’s quite thinner than other mattresses. You will need a box spring. I would recommend purchasing. Good value for the money!!

I got this mattress in the Full size. It is going into the guest bedroom or in our camper, just not sure which one yet. I was able to get the box and the bed out of the box by myself. It was heavy for me, but could still do it independently. There was a couple layers of plastic around the mattress that needed to be removed. The box had a scissors of sorts; much like an envelope cutter. This did not work at all. I used a scissors and wasy just careful of where I cut. At this point, I had the mattress on the floor to get it all unwrapped. If I hadn't there would be no way this could have been done on a bed. In order to cut and pull of the mattress, there is a lot of moving the mattress and so on. I think on an actual bed it would have been dificult. I finally did get the plastic off the top and was pleased to see how pretty it actually is! I let it sit out for a little over a day. I did not attempt to put it on the bed as I would have needed help at that time. So, I tried it out as it was laid out on the floor. I did keep the plastic on the under side, just to be sure it stayed clean. First thoughts, not bad. But, it you prefer your mattress on the softer side, you'll need to make sure the box is NOT the medium feel. (in the picture). To me, it was a tad bit harder than I prefer. Besides that, it is a good mattress cover for a good price. I was able to sleep on it just fine--even though it was on the floor!

I really liked the feel of the mattress. I generally prefer a firm mattress, but the gel memory foam was very comfortable. I didn’t notice any hip or back pain after sleeping on it. It is only 8inches, so too thick to be a topper but not thick enough as a standalone mattress, IMO. I’m sure it would be good for a preschooler/school age person.

Very nice, affordable mattress. The 8 inch size is nice to use in a kids bedroom so it’s not so far off the ground. It did take a little while for it to expand fully, needs to be left overnight. Firmness is a good level, still very comfortable.

A great mattress for a preteen child. It is very comfortable and well made mattress. Looks and feels a lot thicker than usual mattress for children. I would recommend to everyone who has a small child.

This mattress is amazing. Got this my kiddos room and it’s so soft. He loves it and the price was even better. There is a zipper on the top that takes a sheet or the mattress like a cover to help protect the mattress even more.

Just started using this about a week ago. I am a 5'5 and 150lbs, and the mattress has so far been very comfortable! It's a little firmer than my last mattress, but not super hard. My cat gives two thumbs up :)

I received the mattress and it took a little bit to let it air up. I put the mattress on my nephews top bunk. He absolutely loved it and said it was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this mattress!

This is a wonderful Mattress . When it came in, I was very skeptical, it was in a box, i was like ya this is going to be a flat bed, but it was not. It's a very comfortable bed, cool & comfort is what I like to call it.
