My gf and I had been wanting to upgrade to a king for some time, but I was skeptical about ordering a bed online. I was convinced the catch was that there’s no easy way to mail the bed back! Finally I bit the bullet, and I was pleasantly surprised. If I didn’t like the bed, they would have donated it free of charge for me. But thankfully I loved it !! So comfy, great for cooling, even my doodle can’t get enough. 5

This mattress is extremely firm and unfortunately, keeps me from a comfortable night of sleep. We purchased it because it was ranked high for it's 'cooling' feature, which has been fine in that area, just way too firm for my liking. Unfortunately, we are past the 'trial period' and cannot return it for something better suited for us. I am giving 2 stars, only because the delivery time was great and we are pleased with the adjustable frame.

Love this mattress. I have a spinal fusion and my chronic back pain has notably reduced since we switched to the GhostBed. There is very little movement transfer, so my nights have been much more restful as well. I had to speak with customer service about delivery scheduling changes (due to personal issues on our end and at no fault of GhostBed’s) and those experiences were wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend (and have been) this mattress to my friends and family.

I was in the market for a new bed for the spare bedroom, I had done alot of research and watched alot of youtube reviews and this was my final decision, I waited 45 days to write this review because it was too good to be true. I ended up dragging the mattress up upstairs and made it my primary mattress. It is soft and doesn't Trans heat. it is cool even with a fitted bedsheets over it.

Who knew there were so many memory foam mattresses out there? We had promised ourselves to redo our master bedroom, from the carpet to a new mattress. After much research we chose the GhostBed LUXE king. We also purchased the adjustable base to complete the transition from our old bed. We never expected it to have so many features, but "Wow!". The unboxing of our mattress was super easy and we were quite impressed with how cool to the touch the top is. After putting everything together (base, mattress, protector, sheets, comforter) we had our first night's sleep on what immediately confirmed that we had made a great choice for our new bed. And the pillows - they are such a perfect mate for the bed itself. I had been used to using two pillows for proper support but have found that the Ghost pillow is perfect for me without anything extra. It is so nice to be able to spend an entire night's sleep without the constant twisting and turning to find the "right" position or comfort zone. It almost makes you not want to get out of bed.....

I am pleased with my new Ghostbed mattress. I purchased the hybrid (both soft and firm) mattress and am sleeping well. My only complaint is that the bracket at the foot of the bed doesn't easily stay put. Otherwise great mattress SO FAR! It has only been two months or so since I got the mattress.

Hello, We love the Ghostbed. Had a Serta for many years, that got too soft so we ordered a sleep number and paid a bunch of money but ended up returning it because it was like camping on an air mattress. Not for us. My wife ordered the Ghostbed and from the moment we opened the box we knew this was our mattress. A little softer than I would have originally thought I would like but I actually look forward to going to bed now, where in the past I would just stay up because our bed was not comfortable.

We have had this king split for about a month now and honestly I’m still not sure how comfortable it is. We upgraded to the more expensive mattress option with the cooling top and that’s great as long as you dont put a protector on it. That takes away from cooling effects. Do not like the ghost pillows at all. Gave me a headache and a neck ache when I slept on them. In order to use the cooling side you also feel the ghost bed stitching which is way too big. They should have stitched that on the opposite side of the cooling material. All in all, I waited to give the review until after we had slept in it for awhile. The mechanics of the bed seem to be working great but the jury is still out as to if we will like the mattress comfort in the long run.

We purchased a GhostBed LUXE Mattress Queen. I did a lot of research before purchasing this mattress because I have lower back problems. Plus my husband and I like different firmness levels in a mattress so I knew I needed to purchase a mattress that met both of our needs. After comparing multiple companies, I liked what I learned about GhostBed after my research was completed, so I decided on a GhostBed LUXE Mattress Queen. We didn't get to sleep on it right away due to renovations going on in our house but once we did, it was one of my best night's of sleep I've ever had. I can honestly say since I have been sleeping on my mattress, I have not woke up once with any lower back pain. Also, both my husband and myself like the firmness of this mattress. It is not too soft or too firm but just right for the both of us. The biggest perk of owning this mattress is its cooling effect it has. I used to toss and turn due to being overheated on my old mattress but I never experience that with this mattress due to its unique cooling materials it is constructed from. I would highly recommend a GhostBed LUXE Mattress to anyone looking for a perfect night's sleep. Thank you GhostBed for creating such a perfect mattress!

Since getting my bed I have been sleeping through out the night. I have difficulty getting to sleep throughout the night due to neuropathy pain. Since getting the Ghost Bed, I am able to get a good night sleep. Love the adjustable bed base and massaging. Great bed I’m so happy I made the decision to purchase this product.
