I love the feel and firmness of our luxe mattress! Didnt have any priblem with unpacking or with smell. I haven't been able to tell if it helps me stay cool. That is one of the most important reasons I chose this mattress. I have an autoimmune disease and remaining cool is a must so....jury is out but I am optimistic! I will take advantage of the fantastic return policy if need be.

The best investment I have ever made and this is my first time purchasing an actual bed for myself. I tend to sweat under the sheets but this cooling technology was worth every penny of it. Highly recommend this brand to anyone actually looking to enjoy sleeping and being at home because this bed is amazing after going from Japanese floor futons to a sofa futon to THIS!

I purchased this mattress because I needed the coolest one available on the market: it has not disappointed. I can now sleep much more comfortably without the constant heat endured from a previous pillow top mattress. Initially, I thought it may be too firm but once one is laying on it, it is not, and lends itself to a comfortable, cool sleep. It's also cool in another way - when it unfolds and expands to its complete size! Give it the 24 hours to expand before sleeping on it.

I absolutely love the cooling feature of this bed. That aspect is exactly what I am looking for in a bed, however I'm not sure about the comfort of the bed. The first few weeks of the bed it was wonderful and super comfy, but as it is starting to break in I'm finding it is lacking in the pressure relief on hips and back. I'm still in the first 30 days. As of now I'm unsure if I will keep.

Just enough give to where I was not hurting at night. Absolutely just as cold as promised. The sheets really help with the cold and are very comfortable. The foundation puts the bed at a good height and holds up well. The mattress, foundation, and sheets are as near perfect as I could ask for. I just never received the pillows, but maybe they're just late coming in.

I bought a king size and my 7 year old son and I set it by ourselves. I also purchased the Ghost mattress protector and sheet set. I’m very happy with everything. I almost bought a Tempur-Pedic for triple the price. I’m so happy I went with GhostBed. My favorite parts are sleeping in zero gravity and the massage in the adjustable bed frame. I didn’t think the massage was something I’d use, but it’s actually very soothing. It rumbles you to sleep.

Orderd november 7 receved last mattress for king bed december 8,texted emailed called manny times evreybody looking into it but took a month to rectifty? We should have free bed covers for all that waiting . Sorry for bad review .you guys lost 3 more sales because of the wait 3 friends were waiting to order now they are all scared to order online . Very easy to remove from box, lay out on frame, and remove protective covering. Expanded quickly (unlike a bed in a box we bought for daughter’s room that required 48 hours to expand). Fits the all in one frame perfectly. Most importantly, since we replaced our old pillow top mattress/box spring with this and ghost pillows, I have not awakened with a headache or stiff shoulders yet, where that was at least a once a week occurrence on regular mattress. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

Loving our new GhostBed Luxe mattress! At first it felt a little firm, but as you lay there it cradles your body in the best way possible. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it has a distinct smell when you open it, and I wasn't a fan of that, but it dissipated mostly.

This mattress is extremely firm and unfortunately, keeps me from a comfortable night of sleep. We purchased it because it was ranked high for it's 'cooling' feature, which has been fine in that area, just way too firm for my liking. Unfortunately, we are past the 'trial period' and cannot return it for something better suited for us. I am giving 2 stars, only because the delivery time was great and we are pleased with the adjustable frame.
