I have only had the bed for a little over 3 weeks. Im waiting for the 30 days to give my full review. Although it is a nice mattress, it's a little soft for me. I will write a longer review after the 30 days and if I decide to send it back for a refund or a firmer model.

I like the mattress with the exception of the edges, when sitting on the edge of the bed it droops and I find myself it having to readjust myself so I won't slide off the bed. Also the material on the top of the mattress pucker's up. It is really hard in the middle of the mattress.

This is the most wonderful purchase I have ever made in my life and I am almost 50! I have had back surgery, knee surgery, and have fibromyalgia. I slept. The first night and every night since. I have suffered nights of insomnia my whole life. I have gone a month now with none. Thank you ghost bed!

The most comfortable bed ever! I'm 86 yrs. Old with severe arthritis and this bed is a blessing. Don't want to get out of it as it makes sleeping and just being in bed a pleasure. The foot and head positions are wonderful with the massage is perfect for watching T.V. Or reading. I am in love with this bed!!! R. A.

My husband ordered the luxe after reading about it on line. I was skeptical and wasn't excited about the price of the mattress. However, we both really, really love it. The mattress is firm (not hard) but cushions and supports the whole body. It's a comfortable and supportive mattress. I've really had consistent good sleep. It's not bouncy so I don't notice when my husband gets out of bed, which is great for someone like me who tends to be a light sleeper. The description of the mattress is accurate. I would definitely recommend this mattress and happy my husband ordered it.

After 13 years on a TempurPedic that my wife and I absolutely loved we finally had to part ways. It had just broken down too much that I was waking up in pain every morning over the last year or so. We shopped around and found a TempurPedic we liked but 4 kids later after the first purchase we couldn’t bring ourselves to shell out $4k+ for what we wanted. So, the search began for something we could afford. I think I watched every mattress comparison video on YouTube. I kept coming across the ghostbed Luxe. It seemed to be exactly what I wanted. A little on firm side, but not too much, with a little help staying cool. So we pulled the trigger and got it. It’s been a few weeks now and I love it. The cooling affect isn’t quite as powerful as I had hoped but it’s still cooler what what we had, and the support is literally perfect for me. I prefer sleeping on my back, but because I snore that way, I often end up on my side. This bed is slightly more comfortable for me on my back than on my side, but still very comfortable either way. I’m sleeping much better now that I’ve adjusted to it and my back and shoulder pain has been reduced by about 80%!!! Worth it!! Set up was easy and the Off-gassing was minimal to nill. I was quite impressed with that because it took a good 2 weeks for the old TempurPedic to stop giving me headaches. My only word of caution is that the silky “ice” layer on top is so slick my sheets slide around more than I’d like. I had to buy sheet straps because they were coming off every night. But now that I’ve got the straps in place I’m good to go and the slippery surface isn’t bothering me. Probably like a new pair of shoes, there’s still a break in phase but I feel like we’re getting through that and I’m very happy. The real test will be to see how the bed holds up over time. The 25 year warranty gave me the confidence to go for it and I’m glad I did. If it doesn’t last at least as long as the TempurPedic, I’ll be counting on Ghost to make it right, and I’m sure they will. For now... sweet, happy, comfy dreams!

This bed states it is the coldest; disagree. I sleep hot and purchased this bed because of that. I still sleep hot. The bed is cool for the first 30 seconds and then heats up just like other foam esc beds. I am not pleased and will b returning the bed.

I have not had the mattress all that long, but after a week or so of getting used to it, I’m starting to get a better nights sleep than I had before. That mattress for me doesn’t have the cooling effect I was hoping for but I do not sleep hot anymore. For me it’s more of a temperature neutral mattress. The pillows are fantastic I just wish they were a little thicker. All in all I am very satisfied and would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable bed.

Upon initial receipt of this product I was overjoyed. This quickly changed when unboxing the bed. After unwrapping it (not cutting the vacuum seal as the instructions mention) my bed popped open abruptly, not giving me time to appropriately place it on my bed and knocking me, along with other things in the room around. The bed was not in fact, vacuum sealed like it should have been. During COVID this was alarming but I was told not to worry, after contacting Ghostbed and having someone get back with me 2 weeks later. The bed itself was initially nice, comfy, and cool to the touch (when I first laid on it). This has not lasted. I have only had the bed for a month and it has not been my favorite so far. I am trying to give it ample time for my body to adjust but it was not the amazing bed I thought. My back and neck actually hurt more now than when I got the bed. I’m hoping my body is just taking longer to adjust and I will eventually love it. I guess time will tell...

I was skeptical about ordering a bed online... without the 'let's lay on everything in the store' test?!?!? I have family who has a GhostBed, and they love it. The company offers a 101 night trial, so that's amazing. There's also a huge guarantee on the bed lasting. It was a big decision that took me months to make. The bed arrive very quickly, which helped to dissuade any misgivings. We did find some structural issues with 3 pieces of the slatted frame. Photos were taken and sent to customer service, and the issue was promptly resolved. The financing, if you need that option, was quick and easy with a company that I already know and trust. So, how does it feel? We got the 'Luxe' version because we're two hot sleepers, even in winter. The bed is very cool... surprisingly cool. Our order came with two free ghost pillows. Using these, I've slept on my back much more than I had previously. I rarely have to flip my pillow in the middle of the night. The bed drastically reduces how much you feel other people move, plus, they move less anyway. The mattress protector is a must. I do feel, however slight of a concern it may be, that the mattress protector slides around on the mattress enough where I feel like I'm rolling over with the protector and sheet coming with me a bit. Other than that, it's been pretty great. I haven't needed a full accompaniment of extra pillows to get comfortable. I have only had 3-4 nights where I got hot and had to adjust my blanket either off my arms or off my legs. It's comfortable, it's a good profile either with the slatted foundation even without a traditional frame. The king size is ample. Hoping we're still just as pleased once the trial is up.
