This mattress is super comfortable. At first it felt like it sinked a bit but after a couple of days it became a bit better, it also does a good job at staying cool. Its also pretty good at isolating vibrations since I had to share the matress once or twice so far and not felt any disruptions due to their movement (if only it came with noise canceling tech for their snoring tho)

This is neither a pro nor a con since people require varying levels of comfort, but this mattress is too firm for me. My lower and mid back pain is as bad as ever. On a scale of 1- 10, I'd rate it a 9 when lying down. It behaves differently while lying down vs sitting. Pro: It is easy to find a cool spot when you get too hot. Con: I didn't expect to get too hot since so much focus is placed on the cooling technology. Pro: The set-up was easy. Pro: There was no smell upon opening. Con: The mattress edges are super soft, offering zero edge support. On day one, I sat on the side of the bed the way I've done a million times in my life and slipped right off. I wasn't prepared for there to be no support so, BE CAREFUL sitting on this mattress. Con: The mattress is slippery. I tried 3 different sets of sheets and they all slip around and cause irritating bunching of the material on the sleep surface. I find myself trying to fix it in my half-aware sleep state. When I get up for restroom breaks, I walk around the entire bed pulling the fitted sheet back down to create a smooth surface. Unfortunately, and in short order, it goes right back to bunching.

Had both queen and king Ghostbed Luxe mattresses delivered just before Thanksgiving for an extended family get-together. I loved that the mattresses fully expanded upon removal from the box and had very little odor if at all. I had the pleasure of sleeping on the king bed and it was heaven! I slept like a dream! I felt the support but also the comfort of the plush, cushioned top. The Lux beds are fantastic! Customer service was terrific---the rep who sold me the mattresses calmed my fears about everything arriving in time for the holiday. Very pleased with my whole experience with Ghostbed! I started looking into a new bed after realizing my current bed was too hard for my back problems. What drew me to the Ghost Bed Luxe was its claim to be a cool temperature sleep. I had a cool touch pillow that I adored until it deflated, and I hoped the mattress surface might be similar. I was not disappointed!!! Body heat will transfer to what it touches (yay science!), but when I change positions in the bed, I can feel the cooling sensation even through my sheets! It is also a medium firm consistency that is perfect for my back and hip pain, as some hybrids or memory foam mattresses sag too much for my comfort, or are too rock hard without an additional layer. I am extremely pleased and if you are debating on the base model vs Luxe, Luxe was definitely worth it for me.

Should definitely have a better description. Ordering page is deceiving as it shows a list of items that appear as if all will be needed. The box spring is not needed for the adjustable frame. First time buying this type of frame so I did not know. Restock and return fees.

Best bed I've ever owned. The amazing part is I had no idea how much better sleep I could get on a good mattress. This one definitely delivers! The temperature regulation is as advertised and does it's job keeping me less sweaty at night. Overall very impressive bed.

The mattress is very well constructed and high quality. The smell these type of mattresses usually have was not an issue with this mattress, extremely low odor! The issue I had was that it was too firm for me. I was given very responsive Customer Service and GhostBed truly follows through with their 101 night trial. I want to make sure you understand the policy requires 30 night minimum to give your body time to adjust, and the mattress time to soften fully. I was still uncomfortable after the 30 days. GhostBed sent a mattress topper to help, but it still was not enough. GhostBed worked with me and offered the full refund or the option to swap for a different model. I chose to swap for the Nature's Sleep GhostBed Performance! It is a hybrid, just like the 3D Matrix. Very plush and much better for someone with the back, hip and arthritis issues I have. Just waiting for the donation company to come pick up the other mattress. Very happy with the Customer Service I received. Be aware that the 101 night trial only applies to the original mattress purchased, not to the one you swap for, if you go that route.

We bought this bed a few weeks ago with the adjustable base. Shipping was fast and assembly was easy! Just screw the legs into the base and you’re done. The mattress is definitely a medium firm. I’d prefer something a little softer but it’s comfortable. My husband is so happy with the purchase. He was hesitant at first. We sleep so well and the adjustable base was a must! Customer service is excellent.. as is the return/trial policy.

I sleep in one position all night and the bed builds up so much heat. I am constantly waking up throughout the night because I'm so hot and have to move around the mattress to a cooler spot. I just want to sleep through a full night. I haven't been able to get one good night's sleep with this mattress. It is cool to the touch, as long as your not touching it in the same spot for more than 5 minutes i would have returned after the first night, but they hold your money hostage for 30 days before you can return it. The moment I'm able to, I'm sending this back. I even bought the ghost sheets because I wanted to make sure it wasn't the sheets making the bed so hot. I am completely dissatisfied with everything I received from ghostbed.

Our new mattress has exceeding our expectations! We purchased the Luxe mattress because it had the cooling qualities and we liked that at 13” thick, it was the thickest of the competitors. It’s the perfect firmness for us too! Shipping was fast and we noticed no extreme chemical smells. No complaints whatsoever!!
