I liked this bed and was nice and thick and cooling, however…it was too soft. Coming from foam firm mattress, going to a hybrid was moving to softer side. But the pillow top was too much. We went with Venus Williams hybrid which isn’t as thick but it’s firmer. Happy with switch and company made it very easy and smooth to switch out. The level of customer service was excellent. I cannot say enough amazing things about this King size Flex mattress! Perfect does not begin to describe it!!! My wife has a few autoimmune illnesses that sleeping very difficult, as well as have crushed/herniated/bulging discs in her back. She usually tosses and turns all night, and wakes up in excruciating pain. The first night she slept on this bed, she had the most peaceful sleep of her life she said. A few weeks later, and it still holds true. She wakes up refreshed and recharged, and her pain has subsided significantly. She is so shocked and happy, and that makes me happy. I also have some issues with sciatica, and would wake up from muscle spasms and cramps. I am a local truck driver, and make a bunch of stops per day loading and unloading trucks, and typically work a 12 hour day. I used to be restless at night as well, and ever since we started sleeping on this mattress, I wake up pain free, have not had any spasms, and am ready to start the day. This truly is/was the best purchase I have ever made! Wish we wouldn’t have been so skeptical, and would have done this sooner!

When we first received this bed, we were super excited. Then bed that we sampled at the Arizona Fair, made us really want this bed. The ordering and financing were simple and we got the bed in a reasonable delivery time-frame. We opened it up and it looked great. We laid down on it and it felt like we were lying down on a board. My wife was ready to send it back that same day. We decided to give it a month. The bed has very slowly becoming adjusted to our bodies. It still isn’t where we need or want it, but we are going to get trying it for about another month before we decide what to do. We have added pillowtoppers and still doesn’t quite help.

Wow! I am very surprised at how comfortable this bed has been so far. I've been sleeping on it for about a month now and everything has been great with the exception of the smell of the mattress and the pillows when I had first unpackaged it. The smell went away after about 2 weeks and so far this has been one of the best mattresses that I have ever bought.

I was excited to receive this mattress, I was impressed by how well it was packaged and how easy it was to assemble. However, I'm disappointed that it doesn't have much of a cooling affect. I order this mattress because I heat up while i sleep, but this doesn't help at all. I would only recommend to those that are not expecting a cooling mattress.

My husband loves a firm bed and I love a softer bed. This mattress works great for both of us!! You sink into the foam layer but the coils still give you the support that you need. The cooling gel layer keeps you cool, but not too cold on a Minnesota winter night. I looked at a lot of different mattresses before deciding on this one because of the hybrid mattress and the awesome adjustable base.

I have suffered from a back injury for almost 30 years. This bed is AMAZING I had a good name bed previously but always would wake up sore in my hips and shoulders since I am a side sleeper but since I purchased my Ghostbed flex I have been waking up painless. Yes it took about a week for my body to readjust from all the years on my other bed but each day the pain would be less and less and now I can’t wait to get into my Ghostbed

My name is Cynthia Harmon..I purchased a ghost bed for my son....as he had back surgery and this bed was recommended....he tried the bed for over the 30 days and did not like it at all...I called for ghost bed to return it....in the meantime it was in my garage....my husband and I had split up at that time...he donated the bed to a family that had a fire...also, along with a lot of my stuff that was in the garage...( his revenge)....

My fiancé likes firm mattresses and I’m on the softer side. He favors support and I favor comfort. I’m a side sleeper so the softer the mattress I seem to sink and it supports my side better and he’s a back/side sleeper and he favors firmness. We both love the bed. It is just enough support for him while still being soft and comfortable for me as a side sleeper. This was the best compromise we could have made. I was super skeptical about buying a mattress online but I’m stoked we did!

I was so confused as to what mattress to purchase as there are so many out there to choose from. After reading what felt like thousands of reviews I decided on ghostBed and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My queen Flex Hybrid has the perfect amount of softness and support so I didn’t have to compromise one for the other!
