The ghostbed is average. A little harder than expected and not as cozy. When trying to change it ghostbed did not respond twice. They were very active when buying the bed but not for an exchange or refund.

I was not expecting a medium firm to be so stiff. There isn't enough padding in the top to support the pressure points. I am having to order a mattress topper to try to compensate.

The bed is more firm than I had anticipated. Only on the first thirty days and see if she softens up. Purchased with adjustable bases which work great.

It takes a little to get accustomed to a new bed, so far we are very pleased with our choice of the Ghostbed Flex, we are going to look into the Ghostbed mattress cover for this bed.

Nice bed! I love that it vibrates! The mattress is holding its shape nicely. We have had it several months. We got the split king so I can sleep with my feet up slightly.

This bed just feels like a good, traditional bed, but the memory foam layer is so noticeably comfortable and different. It doesn't "hug" you the way other memory foam style mattresses do -- even hybrids. Loving this so far.

It is cool to the touch but does warm up. Sometimes it feels too soft. But my sleep score has routinely been above 80 and I no longer wake up with back pain. However, it’s only been about 3 weeks... time will tell if it lasts.
