The "simple" return might not actually be acurrate. It appears they can't think of enough reason to keep part of your refund if unhappy. I was told to return a topper that belongs to me!! Was not from Ghostbed.

Instantly felt all my back and hip pain go away after switching to this mattress. I'm also pregnant now and it is really taking a load off of how uncomfortable it can be to sleep when you're expecting. Love this mattress!

best way I know how to describe it. I feel like I'm in a water bed, whether I roll over or my dog jumps on the bed, there are after waves. If you have a partner, I'd imagine you would disturb one another throughout the night

I was nervous ordering sight unseen, but I wasn't disappointed. Ordering of the king size Lux was easy, getting it up a curving staircase, not so much. I think the pillow is cooler than the mattress, but certainly not disappointed with our choice.

I’ve always been hesitant about buying a mattress’ online but this mattress does everything you read online. It’s a great mattress over all. It supports your back, your shoulders evenly.

I got my bed all put together and am totally loving it!! I’ve only slept on it a couple nights, but woke up Feeling refreshed!! You rock Ghost bed !! Thank you for everything! I also got the pillows, sheets, and mattress protector as well.

My husband and I loved our new split King mattresses. Very easy to unwrap the mattresses if you do it correctly. All you have to do is unroll the plastic from the mattress. We cannot be happier with our purchase.

The mattress has reduced my pressure areas but it is not as soft or feel as cool as I was hoping for. It came with a rip in one of the corner seams. I did not call to have it exchanged as I did not want to go through dealing with the return process.

The Ghostbed flex is very comfortable. I’m a combo sleeper and I can be comfortable in every position on this mattress. It’s just the right amount of softness with excellent support!

The only complaint I have with the bed are the edges are to soft - at least compared to our last bed. I feel like if I get to close to the edge I’m going to roll out.
