Noticeable change from our pillow top. It’s soft yet firm. Have only been sleeping on it a week but it’s comforting knowing we have a whole year to change out beds if needed

The only reason I knocked it down a star is that I don't feel any of the cooling effects. Very comfortable mattress, but if you're looking for something to prevent sweating in your sleep, this isn't the one.

This is the first time owning a hybrid mattress, and I couldn't be happier. The best is so comfortable. We researched various brands and decided ghostbed was the best brand for the price.

The mattress slides apart and causes a ditch between the two on our sit king adjustable bed. I love the mattress and the frame but keeping them in place on the frames is a whole different issue.

I was not expecting a medium firm to be so stiff. There isn't enough padding in the top to support the pressure points. I am having to order a mattress topper to try to compensate.

I really like my flex hybrid. It helped my back problems a lot. I didn’t give 5 stars because none of my fitted sheets will stay on the mattress. I’ve never had this problem before my ghostbed. All sheets come off the corners.

It is cool to the touch but does warm up. Sometimes it feels too soft. But my sleep score has routinely been above 80 and I no longer wake up with back pain. However, it’s only been about 3 weeks... time will tell if it lasts.

Overall, very good experience. The head of our bed is a little elevated and it seems we slide down a little. Not as cool as I expected but good enough.
