It is not a great mattress. I live in a high humidity climate and wake up every single day from being hot and sweating. My house is at 67 F! I sleep just fine on my guest room mattress. The ghost mattress traps heat! I hate it! As for motion transfer - I feel my partner move. Save your money!!! I would not recommend.

We've been cycling through mattresses since 2018 trying to find the perfect one. Nothing has been perfect like this one. My husband and I both were having so much lower back, hip, and neck pain with our last mattress and we decided to really invest in our sleep with this one. 100% worth the price. We both fall asleep quickly, rest all night long, and don't wake up aching like before. We actually feel like we're in our 30s now. I'm a side/stomach sleeper, he's a stomach sleeper and we love this mattress. It's medium support and has also helped reduce snoring. When we make our next mattress purchase for our kids, it'll be with Ghost!

Have had the bed for a few weeks now. This bed said it was good for couples, but The first two nights were terrible due to both of us rolling in to the middle of the bed. We have a Queen sized bed so for those who can get a King they may not have this problem. It has gotten a little better since the bed is getting more broken in however I still probably would not suggest it for couples. You get much better sleep when you are on it by yourself. So other than that fact it is a very comfortable bed. When you first lay down on it after a long day, it feels so soft and amazing.

Love the ability to adjust bed to my needs. ZG and tv are my 2 faves and the massage and the massage feature is the icing on the cake. I fall asleep every night with massage timer and then turn it back on in the middle of the night when one of my many aches or pains kick in and I’m back to sleep in no time. The adjustable beds are VERY heavy so you need 3 strong people to bring it up stairs, although I did bring them both in the house by myself ( I’m 5’ 11”, 158 lbs). Simple assembly took 5 minutes. Would highly recommend.

I originally purchased a Puffy mattress and it was horrible. I had heard of ghost Bed from a podcast and everyone in that said how much they love it. So we do ceded to give it a go! The online chat was very helpful with talking through what mattress would be right for my wife and I. Shipping was fast! The moment I laid down on it I thought “yup. This is what I was looking for”. The springs provide a nice bounce to the mattress while the foam supports everywhere. It does NOT sleep hot!

I sleep on my side. 11 years ago an accident caused both shoulders to dislocate. The Ghost bed Flex was recommended by 2 reviewers. I also sleep very warm. Took about a week to adjust but 6 hours of sleep is more than enough. No tossing and turning, no sweating, no morning aches and pains. Great investment. We bought the twin for extra bedroom and King for master. Wife loves the Mattress too. Replaced a Stearns and Foster pillow top. Highly reccomend this bed for any sleep position. Oh, the pillows are great as well. Help keep spine aligned as well. Better than "My Pillow".

It took awhile for my husband and I to decide on which bed to purchase and since this is our first time buying a mattress online without being able to feel it first, it was nerve wracking. I loved the idea of having 101 days to try it out so we went ahead and took a shot on the GhostBed Flex. I need firm support since I always have back aches. The GhostBed Flex gives me enough support but is soft enough for my husband’s comfort. We’ve had the bed for five days now and I must say, best decision we’ve ever made! I can’t say much about the blend of the materials inside since this is our first foam type bed but the softness is PERFECT. Not too soft and not too hard.

I have fibro, and in the past 10 years, ive gone through 3 sets of mattresses, trying to find the right one. The first night I slept on this mattress, I literally woke up feeling rested and felt less pain than usual. Best sleep I've gotten in years. Very comfortable! I'm hoping the mattress never loses its form. Love it so far.

My partner and I are trying to collect furniture for our home piece by piece because we live on a pretty tight budget. This is our second GhostBed because it is so difficult to find anything else that matches the quality for the price. Mattresses in a store can cost thousands of dollars, and you still have to buy a cover, sheets, comforter/duvet, and pillows. These expenses add up quickly. We have loved GhostBed because our mattress is delivered straight to our door, and we really like it for comfort and affordability. I will give 4/5 stars only because, we upgraded from the version that is now in our guest bedroom (just the memory foam mattress I believe), and although it was softer than the last one, we still ended up getting the mattress pad again because I do not think it is quite as soft as we were expecting based on their grading system. Takes a few months to wear in!

This bed arrived three days after the purchase. On the first and second night I was acutely aware I was lying on a different mattress. On the fourth night, pain in my lower back stopped, but I developed pain in my upper back. After 11 days the pain was worse. I was told by Ghostbed that I could not return the mattress until day 30. So, I persisted. On day 17 the pain in my upper back was gone and the mattress began to feel very supportive. I am now at day 27. I am not going to return the mattress. It appears to be correcting my posture. I feel more rested after shorter periods of rest. I recommend sleeping on the mattress for at least 30 days before making decisions. By the way, I have a big Boxer called Willbur. He weighs 80 pounds and I cannot get him off this mattress.
