When I first sat on the mattress, I was concerned it was going to be too firm for my fragile fibromyalgia and arthritis stricken body, but after having slept on it for over a month now, I greatly enjoy it. It seems to be the perfect mix of soft to cushion my bumps but firm so my spine alignment doesn't get worse. The pillows, while extremely comfortable, I found were just a bit too thin for me to comfortably use sleeping on my side, but any back sleepers would greatly benefit from them. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase.

My main worry before committing to purchase this bed was how soft it was going to be. I don't like super soft beds and I know everyone's idea of firm is different. Needless to say, after it arrived and we spent the first night on it I was in love. It was the best, most solid sleep I have had in at least a decade. I'm definitely hooked for sure.

We had a Sleep Number bed for seven years and regretted every year of it. Finally after reading hundreds of different “bed in a box” reviews, we arrived at the Ghost Bed Flex. The Flex is very comfortable equally for both of us. Never hot no matter the position. I side sleep mostly without moving back and forth. If there is a better mattress and company out there, we’re not taking a chance. We are 100% satisfied with our decision to buy a Ghost Bed mattress. The customer service is second to none. The quality exceeded our expectations.

Base and mattress were easy to set up.Base shipping box was beat up and some small damage that did not warrant the hassle of return. I wish legs were sturdier. 2 of the threaded inserts spun out. Lucky there were 2 more I could use. Mattress was firmer than expected. Ok first few weeks. Now that its broken in it's a little softer but thinner. I'm a side sleeper. 6ft 240. Now I sometimes feel springs .I'm looking into a topper option

The setup out of the box was a piece of cake. Easy to take out and roll right across the platform. The softness of the bed was really weird for the first week. You definitely have to give it time to get use to. The flex is nice but very soft. I may have been better off getting the matrix being it said it’s a little firmer. Who knows maybe another review in the future.

The bed started out a little stiffer than what I was used to, sleeping on a mostly-spring mattress my whole life. The memory foam aspect got a couple days to get use to, but I was soon accustomed to it. 3 months after using this mattress, I can surely say that I've found better sleeping experiences in lieu of my previous mattress. The product lives up to its stellar quality well.

Before this mattress, if I did get a good night's sleep, my body ached terribly. Often forced to rise earlier than necessary to stretch. Just a week on this mattress & my usual aches & pains are melting. I wake well rested & even lounge a bit on weekends, enjoying the absolute comfort of this mattress.

I don't have any complaints about our new bed. Had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, I don't anymore. Also woke up sore all over, especially my back. Since day one I have woke up refreshed and pain free. Didn't have to wait long for it to fluff up after setting it up. Barely any bounce when I or my husband move. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I did a lot of research on different beds and this is the one I chose. For being a side sleeper this bed is very comfortable. I had some questions so I called up the customer service department before ordering and Jacita was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. She is a true asset to your company. When I say I did a lot of research I found a video of the founder Marc Werner in a hour interview explaining why and how he started Ghostbed. So to sum it up I truly recommend Ghostbed if you are looking for a new mattress.

Ordered a mattress and it came with a free mattress cover. The cover came quickly - had to wait an additional week for the mattress. Well worth the wait. Plenty of room for both my partner and I to sprawl out, plus room for my dog. Would definitely recommend.
