Buttons are much easier to detect, feel and use compared to LG Tones which I used to own. They are thinner and less obtrusive than LG Tones . Also with an Android selected for Google now as default you can hold the button down for one second and get Google Now voice activation to work really well instead of the Samsung voice. Only downside is that it has some annoying crackling sounds occasionally. But I've gotten used to that so it doesn't really bother me anymore.

Great sound quality, just wish it could go louder. Wonderful design and shape, unless you have a 19 inch or larger neck or no neck, then you actually feel like it strangling you. I am happy with the product though try not to exceed an hour at a time of use do to my neck being 20 inches. I thing it was designed for kids and teens or small adults. Good battery life!

I use lots of higher end wireless headphones and was really hopingthis pair would be the perfect set, but they weren't. Although they did do very good. I love the design to make them more sturdy, it helps keep them in your ears while working out. They are very comfortable. I like the magnet clink design, but i wish they were either retractable or the magnet was much more powerful, they would constantly come apart if they are hanging down. The sound was very clear, great tone, great quality, loud, but i felt was lacking a certain bass that i perfer in my music. You can definitely hear the bass, but i could barely feel it and thats what it was really missing. Great for the price though. Thats my honest review.

Received these and seeing many with around neck Bluetooth earbuds I was curious to see how well they would sit and stay. The volume is fair, nothing overwhelming but nothing poor. The app and buttons on the right side of the neck make it easy to work and make adjustments. Like the phone it's great to make it your own and customize. When paired with Galaxy S6 edge plus, when a notification comes in and it tells you the type notification...Galaxy drops volume a lot. So notification is stopped on mine...Not a U-Level issue. The neck piece will wonder or turn if I don't tuck into shirt or collar. The bands that hold the lines to earbuds do their jobs, but can see that they will not last very long...do not the best idea. Pound for pond, not a 10, but not a 5 or lower. I give it a good 7 right now...but have only had a short time...but I do enjoy them and how quick they sync to the Galaxy.

These wireless headphones have awesome sound and are very comfortable around the neck, I don't even know they're there. They fit excellent in the ear and the length of the charge is great. I would definitely recommend these. 5 out of 5 Stars. Thank you Samsung, they are great.

If a scale 1-10, the bass of this headphone (8 points). Sound quality is perfect clear (10 points). If Samsung have a boost bass feature so I can add extra bass, it would be great without doubt. Most of the songs I listen on YouTube need to be adjusted, but unfortunately YouTube didn't offer equalizer, so I think boost bass is a great feature need to be added. I'm a heavy duty worker, so the gel tips keep falling out of my ears (7 points), but if you work behind the desk or something like that, this is a win.

The blue tooth cuts out sometimes for no reason and has to be reconnected thru your device?, the battery lasted my full 10 hr. Shift, the ear buds are ok but they slip allot and don't stay in for more than just few mins. At a time sometimes they stay in longer if you don't move much. The product goes around your neck and turns on your neck and that stinks also. Other wise they last as stated on the batteries and that's the only thing I can think of that is good about them. The volume cold be louder.

I like the style of it when i talk on the phone people can hear me even when there is noise in the back round definitely a plus. But i think it would be sweet if you all had a color selection thay would be pretty dope like a silver, black, white, hey maybe even pink that would be perfect for the women.

I purchased these headphones because the headphones that came with my Galaxy Note 5 stop working in one ear. So thought I would go wireless. Since I have purchased them, they work only when I am indoors. When I am outside, the music skips or cannot hear it at all. I restart my phone and reconnect the headphones and it will work for a while. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but I am not satisfied with my purchase.

I loved them when I first got them. They work great seating at my desk with my phone( Galaxy S6) on the desk in the open. Once I put the phone in my pocket they started dropping Bluetooth connection. I thought it maybe the batter so I charged them fully, but it didn't help. I am very disapointed.
