After a few weeks I can't use the normal earphones anymore or make a normal call using my hand. It's a product that make your life easier and probably safer. Your hands are free and there is no cables in the way so is very easy to hide into the collar when I'm working.

Having owned the Gear Circle I must say the Level U headphones are and awesome alternative! I'm a Note 5 owner and i ordered the Level U headphones as soon as they were available and I use them all the time. The built in flexible neckband is extremely lightweight, easy to adjust and very comfortable. The best feature in my opinion are the included wing ear gels the actually stay in your ear! My biggest complaint with the Gear Circle was that when i went running or working out I couldn't get the gear gels to stay in and the Level U solves that problem! I use them to talk on the phone and listen to music throughout the day an haven't had any issues with sound quality or battery life. The Level U's are definitely my favorite pair of wireless headphones I've ever used and would highly recommend to anyone that's looking for a solid affordable pair of headphones that get the job done!

These are not durable at all!! My first pair broke in two weeks; I thought maybe I was too rough with them. So I purchased a second pair. They broke in a month, same issue, left side came off!! Also, they are not noise canceling!!! They pick up all background noise. The neck piece is designed for people with large necks. They twisted and turned on my neck too much. The pros, beautifully designed. I do not recommend purchasing these.

These were my first foray into bluetooth headphones and I am happy with these units. The audio and microphone audio quality is very good. Bluetooth connectivity is fast upon powering the device on. Long battery life. Uses the same micro USB interface to charge as my Galaxy phones. The only thing I wish it had were replacement tips with an actual 'bud' on them to better seal off sound but the ones that come with it are still good.

I've tried several wireless earbuds and this one is by far the best overall. The sound quality is quite good. The amount of time on a battery charge is incredible! And the on/off switch is great. Easy to connect and there's no issue with accidentally turning them on or off. For 30 bucks these are amazing. Unless you're dead set to get separate buds ("truly wireless"), these are the ones to get. For price, sound, functionality, and battery life -- these are unbeatable.

I recently signed up for a product from Samsung and got a pair of Samsung Level U Wireless Headphones for free. I thought...free?? Eh..it's probably some cheap gimmick just to have me sign up.. A few weeks later my free gift arrived via FedEx. I anxiously opened it to find a high quality product that looked great. It had a smooth, good looking collar and a set of ear buds with an additional comfort piece attached. On back of the collar is the power switch and a hidden USB power port. On the lower right side of the collar there are all the controls you'll need for volume and pairing. Other than the looks...the sound is actually really good. I paired it up with my phone and then my computer and it works very nicely. Keep in mind this device is not designed to give you eardrum busting sound but, you will be able to enjoy your music safely and comfortably. I highly recommend the Samsung Level U Wireless Headphones to everyone.

These headphones are absolutely gorgeous in terms of design & functionality, basically plug & play if you will! Right out of the box synced them with my galaxy s6 edge+! And I was very very impressed! Sound quality......superb! Look and feel is great, not at all bulky! I can wear them for hours on end without any discomfort, I also synced them with my home theater for night viewing and I was blown away by the quality of sound these bad boys put out! I defected from apple a couple of years ago and have never looked back because samsung is for lack of a better word.........genius when it comes to there products! Rock on Sam, rock on!

I owned LG tones and couldn't get used to them. I gave them to a friend and went back to an ear piece. Needed something that was always around but didn't have to have in my ear all day so I broke down and bought these. Sound is perfect, noise cancellation as promised, comfortable to wear and love how the buds clasp as opposed to feeling around for their home. Samsung you have delivered yet again.

Great product. The battery life is quite good actually and it is giving me 2 and a half days approx. after extensive calls and music. Convenient and looks stylish. The wires are a bit too big though. Great job Samsung and continue to take out stylish new products( I am already a fan of many) Waiting for Samsung to jump in gaming console war as well.

I have a like/hate relationship with this product......the earbuds fit better than any other headset I have tried over the last 10 plus years.......the sound quality in those earbuds is very good......but the microphone sucks!!!! It is toooo sensitive to surrounding noises......and the audio goes in and out while talking on it. I guess there is always a chance it is me doing something wrong.....but I doubt that. I have had many times people complain about the audio fading in and out....or something Im doing being sooooo loud its hurting their ears. If anyone has any hints to resolve those issues.........I would be MORE than willing to hear those fixes!!!!!!
