While the device does have good sound and reasonable battery life, there are a lot of shortcomings that I just can't get over. The buttons to control the volume only control the volume of the headset itself. This Samsung product doesn't even work with my Samsung S8's media sync feature, which is supposed to let me sync the volume of the headset and media volume of the phone. The hard plastic around-neck piece hangs weird. It doesn't seem to fit comfortably inside or outside of shirt or jacket collars. Small gripe, but for some reason the design of the ear pieces causes wind noise when walking. You can hear the wind as it passes over the portion that connects the ear piece and the cable. Putting the device over my neck/head, I feel like I'm about to break the neck piece as it is quite rigid (guess that's a plus and a minus?). Overall, not impressed. I'll be keeping these as a backup for my other bluetooth earbuds. Sadly, I can't return these as they were a gift and I don't have a receipt.

These pair of headphones are honestly the best I've ever owned for my phone. While they don't work at all on a console or work well on a computer, they work flawlessly on my own phone. Originally I had believed I would dislike it being how the earbuds are, but these headphones are extraordinarily comfortable where I could even sleep with them in my ears without a problem. My only hassle that I was not a fan of is that one day I had pulled it off, but seemingly bent the sides too far where the rubber pealed away from the plastic.

i use this device for my online classes. here'san honest instance that i want to share: i charges this device to 100% on tuesday evening and kept it off until wednesday morning 8:30 am. i have my classes from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm and i used it for those 5 hours and it worked perfectly without battry warning or voice problem. then i switched it off for next 1 hour and had another class at 3 pm for 1 hour (until 4 pm) then also this worked very well. then i switched it off around 4:30 pm and the next day (thursday) i didnt' even touch this device. on friday, i played a game for 1 hour and again this device worked perfectly. this is a great product!

For my 20th birthday, my husband bought me the Samsung Level U Wireless headphone in the color blue, hence it is my favorite color. My first impression was that they did not look like ordinary headphones. Secondly, I was not sure if I was going to like them around my neck. I tried my headphones the first time around my house while cleaning; I was completely shocked by how easy it was to connect to my IPhone’s Bluetooth and how convenient is was to keep them around my neck with no hanging wire. I love using them when I walk between classes, when I work out, and when I need to do house chores. I enjoy having my music free of surrounding noises. The Samsung Level U Wireless headphones are by far one of the best wireless headphones, in my opinion. These headphones allow you to connect to your device via Bluetooth and not worry about the wire. The headphones offer you: • High quality music on the go • Ear gels for inner ear comfort • Magnetic earbuds that clasp together when storing • Easy to use controls • Noise reduction • Echo cancellation o reduces outside sound interference and feedback during a call • Light Weight • Battery life up to 11 hours A plus to these headphones is you do not have to constantly put them away in between activities; you can simply leave them around your neck and with a click of a button reconnect them to your device’s Bluetooth. An update I would recommend would be to include retractable earbuds. The model I have has the magnetic earbuds only which still hang a little from the neck piece. I think it would feel better to simply pull on the earbuds to your ears and when finish pull them out and they retract back in place.

I loved my Circle, and still use it at times. The major problem I had with the circle was that during prolonged activity, working out, they would usually fall out of my ears. The different sized neck collars were fine, though an extra large would have been nice for some of us, further more they were stiff and if you bent them just right/wrong they broke. But that was the circle and this is the level. The new buds with ear hooks stay in much better, the sound quality is just as good, but there is less of a noise cancellation with them than with the circle. The touch controls are gone as well, but that can be good or bad depending on how you look at it, and the collar is built in, and flexible, which is a plus. The controls have moved from the earphones to the collar, which is not an ideal move. The power switch is on the bottom of the collar, in the back near the charging port, I really miss it being on the earbuds, the volume and multi-button is located on the collar as well, but on the end of the tangs that come around your neck half way. They work fine and are very responsive, but I still miss the volume controls and multi-button on the earbuds, it seemed more natural there. Lastly, the magnetic clasp for the earbuds, unlike with the circle, clipping the headphones together does not put the headset on standby/stop playback, but in a way that is good, because they don't hold together as well as the circle, and therefore separate easily. If the circle were the Note 4, these are the Note 5, and we have yet to see the GS7 version that contains the best of both worlds.

I was having awful luck with regular wired headphones and have been looking for a good pair of bluetooth capable ones. When I found these I was weary about it at first because of the reviews but they really caught my eye. I've had these headphones for about 3 weeks now and I am very satisfied. I wear them at work, at the gym and in my apartment. The sound quality is much better than I thought it would be! The the actual ear piece fits perfectly. I have very small ears and always find that the ear pieces are too big and fall right out. The only thing that I wish I could change is the neck piece. My neck is not wide enough that the piece stays around my neck all of the time. It does not fall out but it shifts around while i'm at the gym. I am able to tuck it underneath my shirt and that pretty much solves the problem. However, I sometimes where tank tops to the gym and with that, I am not able to tuck the neck piece into the tank. Overall, I do love these headphones! Sound is of great quality, they're stylish, light, and work with all of my bluetooth capable devices! Awesome work by Samsung.

These headphones sound great with good Bluetooth functionality and are the only earbud headphones that will stay in my ears thanks to the sculptured earpiece with the "ram horn" that locks in your ear. However they can be a problem for active users ... they will slide off the back of your neck and hang there held only by the earpieces, especially if one leans back during activity as in sit-ups, bench presses or any activity that requires laying on your back even momentarily. The shape and weight distribution cause the problem. Sure, they are very cool looking, but if the curvature fit tighter around the neck this may not be so bad. That have been researched and decided in development. ... So they're great if you are not too active ... you will love them. But if you do sit-ups or bench presses or go inverted in your activities they will aggravate the heck out of you.

The Level U headphones are just amazing. I don't believe that I've had a pair of speakers that have worked this great. The sound is spectacular. The way or warps around your head you don't feel or notice anything. Not having wires to hide are amazing. Bluetooth is the way to go. Thank you Samsung.

I wish they would make devices such as these level u headphones and Gear VR and other devices with the thought in mind of people who cannot use their right hand or do not have a right hand to to control these devices. Which all have the control on the right side of the device.

I received these and was very impressed with the overall design and comfortability. The stabilizing wings work very well and keep the ear pieces in my ear while I run around throughout the day. The sound is pretty decent, not very high quality as some other headphones but it works for what I need it for. Overall I'm very satisfied with these headphones, they do what I need them to, they're not cumbersome, and work perfectly.
