I find that when I go back on it again feel so much better. I like the benefits that it gives my 53-year-old skin as well as the energy that my body enjoys.

I had taken the pills for three months before switching to the powder. The pills turned my urine a very bright yellow and the powder gives me heartburn, those being the only changes I noticed.

I am going back to the capsules. The fruit powder has too much stevia, it’s too sweet makes gag. If they reduced the amount of stevia I would continue to used the fruit powder. Other than it is a great product
