[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the powder because I taking so many pills is not my favorite thing. The drink is a nice change and it dissolves quickly. My only complaint is the flavor is pretty strong so I have to add more water to it and then since I take it at night I have to get up at 3am to go to the bathroom LOL! I started using SeroVital because the skin on my arms started looking like the saggy baggy elephant and I don't look or act like a senior citizen even though I qualify as one. I have had marked improvement in skin tone in the last month and I hope to see more soon. I definately recommend SeroVital.

People I meet can't believe I am 75 - I have very few facial lines or wrinkles...even though I am a sun "worshiper". The only routine I can attribute to this is my daily intake of SeroVital. Use to take this to help me prep for pole sport/dance stage performances. Now that I'm working as a full-time janitor, I'm hoping this product will help me recover faster from the very physical jobs i need to do. So far my sleep has been a little better. I do notice I dream more. My face seems to look a little more brighter, a little glow. I have noticed that exercise is a little more easier to do:)

Both my skin and my hair improved noticeably, but this stuff gives me a lot of gut problems. I will probably stop taking it because the abdominal bloating and pain is so severe as to negate the benefits. I take it as instructed, and then spend the night tossing and turning in pain and discomfort, and rise the next morning feeling exhausted and uncomfortable.

The only drawback is sometimes I forget to take it during the day, so I wake up in the middle of the night and take it. The pills are much simpler to pop in your mouth and go right back to sleep. Whereas, getting up to mix the powder then drink it, I'm wide awake.

With the timing of not eating 2 hours before or after, it's difficult on certain days to do that. I like it so far. I used a similar product years and years ago and loved it then and received noticeable compliments! I'm at least 25 years older now so it may take longer! HA!

I started using SeroVital 9 days ago! In the past 2 days I have had several comments from close friends, asking what did I do? and "You look so vibrant and have a glow! Well been Tyson this about 6 weeks, im going through an immense amount of stress since july, wont get into it, nevertheless, the wrinkles around my eyes, im 53, are at least 70 % gone. My hair 2 feet ling does have many gray, though my beard does, im male, its been half get for at least 15 years haven't really paid much attention to it per say. Anyway i feel younger and looked younger by a lot. We spend so much money on things that don't really make a noticeable difference in our lives, for me serovital makes a big difference in the way I look and feel.
