I have used serovital before and I like what the product offers. I would like to use it on a continual basis for at least 3 or more months to see the lasting results. As a 75 year old woman, I’m cautious about using anything. I don’t take any prescription drugs and am in good shape — except for the mature woman’s belly and a few extra pounds. I have been taking the SeroVital for only three weeks, but have noticed already that I am sleeping better, and that it is easier to wake up in the mornings, feeling rested. I can’t tell if this product works as advertised. I have always been told I look younger than I am, but I am starting to feel old and I don’t like it. Can’t tell if this is working but it doesn’t seem to have any negative side effects. Rather expensive but it’s not easy to replicate the formula with other supplements, so I’ll keep doing it for now.
